Nickname taken birdAlways entertaining AND informativeI look forward to listening every week no matter the topic! Whether the topics are informative, just plain entertaining or just whatnots! What I love most about these podcasts, aside from the well-informed insights, the humor, and the raw authenticity, is how generous Alex and Meredith are with sharing their own relationship conflicts and interactions and how they work through them. Their transparency is refreshing. Ahh… the lighthearted banter. (who knows how many arguments were formed following some of these podcasts) I can’t wait for the video versions - facial expressions and body language add so much!

jenneyd19Love this podcastRecent episode on metabolic toggles was really great. I look forward to a future episode where Alex and Meredith talk about health at any size. your philosophies on health, nutrition and weight align very closely with mine, but I also get a lot of new information and different perspectives to think about.

JayRyterBest Afternoon SnackI’ve been listening for a little over a year now and I appreciate the knowledge, the science, the humor, and the guest interviews/conversations. This podcast has kept me company on short runs, during hectic work days, and long car rides. I laugh out loud almost every week and love the approach to nutrition, fitness, and overall health and quality of life discussed in this pod. Keep em’ coming!

SwopemdIt’s complicated, made simpleI just listened to the ‘toggle’ episode - ways to toggle things that affect your calorie burn and body composition. Maybe it’s because I’m now actually trying to focus on making my postmenopausal body bigger and *stronger* rather than smaller and skinnier that I fully was ready to hear all they had to say on this topic. They keep it real - break it down (choices being: eat more, move more; eat less move more; eat less move less and the default of ‘eat more, move less’ that many Americans find themselves doing as their activity and muscle mass goes down with age). Bravo, coaches. I’ll be tuning in often!

Anne196mMix of Education and LaughsLove it! Highly recommend this podcast for anything from nutrition to training to mindset or just looking for some laughs from people who keep it real!

DCR1958The best! This podcast is fantastic. I am a woman in my mid sixties and was a Tactic client for about a year. I made tremendous progress towards my nutrition and lifestyle goals and continue to listen to the podcast as part of my own “continuing education” post formal coaching. I also recommend the podcast to people I know who would benefit from coaching but are not ready or able to make the emotional or financial equipment. Meredith,Alex and the rest of the Tactic staff are kind, well informed and realize that while good nutrition may be simple, it isn’t easy.

X5yC#Want to likeI love talking sports and want to keep this in my feed but honestly I feel like Meredith is so mean to Alex all the time! It drives me nuts! I keep yelling at the phone Alex you deserve better than this and I don’t need that stress in my life. I have to unsubscribe 🫤

constractive criticWaste of timeLadies, you did put “Philadelphia Marathon” in topic, and instead you discuss the windy beaches you visited, the length of each other’s hair, the popsmears you had, the bagels you ate….. PLEASE stop waisting people’s time, have your private conversations in the privacy of your coupledom. When on air, please deliver value, not devoid of meaning chit chat.

AudiemommyChapstickJust listened to the podcast about altitude training. Both of you need to buy Dr. Dan’s Cortibalm Lip Balm. It’s an absolute game changer. A 4-pack on Amazon is $24.50. Pricey but worth it. Love all your content!

StacyK97Really InformativeThe most recent episode on performance nutrition was full of really informative tips for helping to shape/structure your nutritional day while also providing the reasons behind it. Great episode!

Ash IngyLove the content and the reframe of fitness, nutritionLoved hearing the race recap, and all the pearls of wisdom shared by Meredith and Alex. Congrats to Alex on a sub three marathon! I really appreciate their knowledge, experience and expertise in the field of fitness, nutrition, and navigating the common pitfalls in this arena. I love my morning videos on Instagram with their coaching pearls. You ladies rock!! Keep on being the badasses you are- we are all benefiting from it! Much love from Utah, USA.

Hollis L.Why can’t we be friends?Love this show for the science, knowledge, humor, hot takes, and banter. I mean I can’t ding them for this (if anything I’d add a star), but so many times listening to them feels like I’m hanging out with friends and I just badly want to jump in the conversation too. Love listening for something light hearted, yet, I’m still learning. I also feel seen knowing my wife and I banter with each other like they do (haha).

bonrudeEpisodes becoming advertisementsLong time listener of the show. Disappointed by how more and more episodes become company promotion focused, rather that be about Tactic or another brand. Specifically, the episode about Knarly Nutrition could have been more unbiased about general supplement usage if the guest was not the owner of the supplement company that you are sponsored by. It comes off as an hour long advertisement, and makes it hard to take the information seriously when products are being pushed.

FeminomalyFantastic ShowAlex and Meredith are such delightful and inspiring hosts, as are the many guests they bring on. I don’t work with them as coaches, unfortunately, but I’m getting fitter just following to the show because I extend my workouts so I can listen to each episode all at once. :) Keep up the fantastic work, Meredith and Alex!

chefcafJust good clean facts (and fun!)This podcast is great! Humorous, informal banter between the hosts, and factual breakdowns of diet and nutrition culture/myths. It’s very refreshing to listen to two women who are content in their bodies give actual advice on being healthy, losing weight, and getting stronger, without the urgency of doing it quickly with a crazy diet or the “ultimate” supplement. Thank you Alex and Meredith!
