Smart sometimesNot supported by researchI would like to see peer reviewed, human clinical trial research studies/articles linked to show noted to prove legitimacy of content. Unfortunately a lot of alternative health people believe real science is a scam. So I recommended not choosing this show to trust for health content.

beth-hI stopped listening when it got politicalThere is this trend, probably with RFK jr and make America healthy again that a lot of podcasters in this realm are sort of aligning with it openly. Which is fine… totally their show. Also Drhu did give a disclaimer but encouraged listeners to hear out the trumpish podcast. I tried. But honestly it came across tone deaf and privileged. As someone whose family has been really hurt by this administration I can’t sit through anyone cheering him on… even if RFK is getting rid of red food die. There is a place for political leaning podcasts…. And I cheer anyone on for doing whatever they want. It’s just not a thing I want to listen to so I’ll be unfollowing the podcast.

emhannletHas gone anti-woke tech bro right wing routeI used to love this show, but have decided to unfollow. It’s become clear that, despite his claim of “independent thinking”, that Dhru has gone the pro masculine toxicity, self-obsessed path of the tech bro world. So many of the episodes now have click bait titles that are just trying to scare people or get attention. No thanks!

Yazoo50Political turnI was listening to this show for the health information but recently, the show has been making political statements. I’m out.

Doc154545Favorite PodcastThis is my favorite podcast to listen to first thing in the morning. Dhru’s energy is so positive and the topics are awesome, I am constantly learning new and really important information for operating at my best. I never find myself going “eh that one’s not for me”, and look forward to whatever he’s going to bring to my morning each week!

teoraladyRFK JrVery disappointed to hear Dhru give a positive review of RFK Jr. The health community could choose a much better champion. He is not qualified and his opinions on vaccines are going to kill children, measles, polio will cause so much damage. Yes, some of ideas are good, but many are dangerous. I am a 1946 boomer. I LIVED during the polio epidemic. I had friends in iron lungs. SHAME ON YOU. If you want to see change find a better representative.

AngiRenoJAXWe Need This Now More Than EverListening to Courtney ask Dhru’s dialogue literally brought me into the realm of hope and sanity. Our two party system is no longer serving us at a health level. And without our health, what do we have? I love the crossing of “party lines” (really, is that how we are “defined”?) and getting down to the fact that there are chemicals in our food from the polyurethane wrapped around hay being tossed into the farm fields. It’s simple. We have to do things differently at a group level. Group, being the operative word, that is defined by Americans. Keep this up, Dhru!

blue- green 1967Omega 3 blows me away!So I am reviewing the Omega 3 podcast. My mind was blown learning about all of the MANY ways omegas are good for us. The smokers who were on omegas were protected from or had less of disease- less likely to develop disease if on omegas. Also love the thought that it helps prevent dementia! Ty ! Great info

murri7777Great informationI love Dhru’s podcast. He has very interesting guests and he’s always prepared with great questions. I also like that when talking with his guests he’ll reiterate what the guests is saying so we all understand! He does Not talk over his guests and he lets them finish answering questions. He has a pleasant voice.
-
jaysboLove the podcastGreat podcast and DHRU has a good mix of guests on the show covering lots of topics all of us are interested in. I really like that Dhru actually lets the guests talk. Dhru throws in a question that I have been hoping would be asked at just the right moment.

Jo WasserDrhu is my go to!I listen to this podcast religiously. The thing I’m most impressed by is that Dhru always so logically turns the cliche, pop culture and standard “scientific” beliefs on their heads. Deftly explains the nonsense we’re all fed by the media. So smart and has the best guests!
-

fabulizzzzzInformative but not boringYou’ll be hooked after an episode. The research is captivating and explained in a way that’s easy to understand. This isn’t another lecture but rather to offer information.
-
Dragonman245627Informative show; great guestsThe Dhru Purohit Show is full of valuable health information and insightful commentary with notable guests from all walks of the wellness life. The topics are always well researched and the host is uber prepared for each topic/guest, even though he frequently chooses to insert his own personal stories over letting the guests talk about their subjects.
-
JooColaLOVE this showSometimes I wonder where I’d be if I didn’t seek out my own information. Podcasts like this one are integral to my discovery of health and wellness!
-
Gaby PizzoliI really like this podcast but …The new icon makes Dhru look like a capybara
-
Palmarosa33Good guestsHonestly, I struggle with Dhru’s constant repetition of his personal story. Would love it if he could chat that out before turning on the mic. We’ve heard it. I plan to unfollow regularly but then there is another compelling guest.
-
GracemavenE265-My two personal favorite podcasters in one episode!Dhru and Mindy Peltz are two of my favorite people to listen to because of their honesty and transparency, and willingness to go deep with questions and curiosity. This episode gave me chills! Dhru asked all the right questions that listeners are really wanting to know more about. Mindy was able to respond in a way that instills so much inspiration for women, and men, to live our lives with intention and authenticity, especially as we gain years and wisdom. It was from Dhru’s podcast that I learned about Mindy several years ago, and it was so exciting to see another of his episodes with both of them together. Loved it!!! Thank you.
-
MidwesternAFRight wingI was shocked to hear Dhru promoting RFK Jr and Trump just weeks before the election. His guest then went on to agree that people are “ambivalent” about the candidates. One candidate has been found guilty in a court of law of sexual assault, has removed women’s’ right to bodily autonomy, openly wants to be a dictator, denies global climate change, and praises Hitler’s generals. The democratic candidate promotes democracy and social justice. But RFK is opposed to vaccines, so…vote red??! Such an ignorant stance. I can never listen to Dhru again.
-
chris f dunnGood one!Loved this episode!
-
MarcymeiravGreat interviewer, incredible guestsI always learned something new that I add to my daily routine or life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and hosting knowledgeable guests

Gentle and strongIntroversion isn’t a pathology (Sept 9-S2)I was very surprised to hear Dr Carrie Jones use the word introversion as a negative change in a woman that may need to be corrected. As she proclaimed to be a very driven type A woman, introversion too often is viewed as a negative personality type by such personalities. This is a stigma based on ignorance that needs to be corrected in our society and most definitely does not need to be enforced by an outspoken advocate in the medical field. I sincerely hope Dr Jones becomes informed about introversion and addresses any biases she may hold.

MESB2214Love this podcast, but….Love this podcast, but when will you be brave enough to discuss the childhood vaccine schedule or the COVID vaccine injuries and turbo cancer? I’d be willing to bet you already know about the harms of both, but are you willing to have a conversation about it? Calley and Casey are getting closer to talking about it. Come on, be brave. People need to know the truth.
-
CbmartinsOne of the best podcasts!I have been listening to this podcast for years! Love all the variety of amazing topics covered!!! Dhru is such a great interviewer, and only brings top notch people in. Thank you!!! I did notice that this is getting super ad heavy though 🥴

Podcast00Best PodcastI learn so much listening to Dr. Dhru!
-
GrannylikoConsistently the bestOf all the podcasts I subscribe to, Dhru’s is the one I listen to the most. His subjects align with my interests more consistently than others, and he is a very decent interviewer, allowing the guest to talk but also politely steering the conversation when needed. Thank you Dhru!
-

-
wildly_megLove love love!I just found this podcast have I am in love! I love the content and the guest. I love how he can have people in who don’t share his extract view but offer another prospective for his audience. Most of all I LOVE how silent he is when his guest talks he lets them ramble on with no interruptions so they can complete their thoughts and add even more. So many podcast with highly educated host that interrupt their guest so much that it’s turns me away. I really enjoy the lay out of your show and your respect for your guests.
-

Binka51LoveDhru-I have listened to your podcast from the beginning… But I must say -that I just finished listening to your conversation with Anita Moorjani and it was so powerful❣️ I remember watching her on a PBS special with Wayne Dyer 13 years ago-( that she referred to in your conversation )-but to hear her message all these years later was “beyond helpful”. Thank you for the amazing work that you do.💕 Maureen

DeeMCeeSo informative and easy to listen toReally like how the info is presented. Specifically, the table of contents in the show notes makes it easy to dip in and listen to pieces. Also like how he keeps it simple and understandable.
