As a long suffering Giants fan, I know the team is bad. If you want to reconsider your fandom, this is the podcast. Their take is bleak, hopeless, and makes me think about not following the team for the next few years. Which means I can safely unsubscribe.

This used to be a great podcast but I’m in agreement with the recent criticism. Lack of thoughtful takes and no effort seems to be given. Podcast has definitely been pushed to the backseat by the “hosts”

This used to be a great and consistent podcast. When Dan Duggan, Jordan Raanan and Matt Lombardo and colleagues were hosting with their respective runs on the show I could expect weekly output with insightful discussions during regular season games and coverage of off-season developments. Darryl Slater and Zach Rosenblatt seem like ok guys but they and Nj.com don’t seem to be focused on providing quality content for their podcast anymore. This weeks episode and a couple from the past contained audio issues with the sound files misaligned so the hosts were talking over each other nonsensically, then allowing for ten seconds at a fine of dead air. They neglect to cover the off-season now, only providing two minute “bonus episodes” even for huge events like the draft and free agency. I’ve tried to keep up as a listener out of loyalty for the golden days of the show but I’m moving on. Hopefully they can recommit themselves in the future otherwise why put out a podcast at all?

You may know what you’re talking about, but who can understand when you’re stepping all over each other!

I understand the negativity after the Bronco loss. I don’t understand how you drop a podcast that the both of you are talking over each other for 50 percent of it. Had to turn it off 15 minutes in because I couldn’t hear what was going on with both hosts constantly talking at the same time.

Lazy, obvious takes with no critical thinking. If you want to just hear the national narratives “Gettleman’s bad” “3-7 is a bad record” with no dissection or nuance, it’s perfect. If you want to scratch an inch under the surface go somewhere else. For beat guys with the team everyday this should be much more thoughtful.

I understand that we need to hold off on crowning this team on anything, but u cant say that the jury is still out on Joe Judge. Is not like this team went from terrible to winning games. This team since game 1 has been ascending and played hard and stay close to winning games, except for the 49rs. This coach is for real and sorry to say DG is staying, he brought some pro bowl worthy players this season and drafted 2 quality Ts and a G. Hate on DG all u want but he’s been bring in good players, now we finally have a coach that can coach them. Sit back relax and enjoy this team for a bit and if they falter in the next few games, then u can go back to ur happy place and talk about firing DG and that Judge might not be the coach of this team. Till then enjoy the bye week.

Why bother doing a giants podcast when u clearly hate the team? Brutal listen. Can’t get through half. “Pump the brakes on joe judge”??? “Danny Jones managed Philli pane”??? Watch the tape u Bufoons

Really just awful. Nothing but negative things to say. One of these boneheads didn’t know what year the Giants won the Super Bowl before 2011. If you are unaware of the 2007 Super Bowl win (arguably the most publicized and talked about Super Bowl ever) you do not deserve to have a Giants podcast. They also do not understand the game at all and it is very clear that they have never put a helmet on. 1 star, delete the podcast.

Only Homer NYG fans give this podcast less than 4 stars. I give it 5. I appreciate the realism.

If you like hearing OUR new your Giants BASHED for 30 minutes this is the pod for you . They only cover the negative , don’t talk about the positive whatsoever . Haters to the core . IMO!!!

It’s not an honest look at the Giants, it nonstop bashing by two people who are die hard Eagle fans. Listen to the Giant Insider, they’re so much better while being honest about the team that’s has not been good for years. I’m unsubscribing

Glad to have this podcast back. Good to hear some objectivity for a change. Zack is much better than the last 2 clowns.

I really used to like this podcast but the content has suffered. Too much “I told you so” and self aggrandizement. I guess that’s what comes in this new age when clicks and hits are the most important thing. Then inconsistency of delivery is a bad thing as wll

I actually do enjoy their commentary , but no new content since January?!! I mean there has been actual Giants news since then!!! I’m sick of hearing about technical difficulties, I mean teenagers broadcast podcasts no problem. Complete joke.

Bottom of the barrel for giants podcasts. Lombardo is ok and fair enough with his assessments, however Dunleavy is just a cackling clown. Takes every opportunity to crap all over the giants. Show should be called cheap shots, not talk is cheap. Will be unsubscribing after this review.

So let me see... 1. They honestly dislike covering the Giants 2. Constant bashing and nit picking 3. Create far fetched scenarios (click bait) 4. Don’t know Giants history 5. Podcast drops like once a month (it seems) Really guys, just tell your boss it isn’t worth the time and effort to do it. There are better Giants podcasts out there. Move along...nothing to see here.

Sometimes I wonder if they even like covering the Giants. Maybe they should quit there jobs. I’m sure some high school football program is hiring.

Love the content guys but please upgrade your production equipment. This last episode talking about Matt Ruhoe sounds like you are talking into a paper cup and fades in and out of volume.

But its so obvious lombardo is an eagles fan and a racist. Called for the giants to dump jenkins over his comments but never called for philly to cut cooper over his racists comments. He was on the eagle beat at that time. If there were more podcasts id drown these losers out but i travel a lot for work and need material. If you have less travel time skip this racist eagle fan.

I’ve tried several Giants-specific podcasts, and this is the best out there. They’re very realistic, blunt, and rational. They never come off as too optimistic or pessimistic. They’re even fun to listen to and have good chemistry. Fire Shurmur.

I’ve listened to my last podcast from these two clowns. This is nothing but reactivity and useless opinion. No breakdown, no discussion on flashes or technique. These guys are nothing but fans who complain about everything. Dunleavy especially. If you’re not producing HOF numbers in every quarter of every game, you’re a worthless player, coached by a worthless coach, picked by a worthless GM, on a worthless team. Hey NJmedia, can we get some football guys in here, please? No more clueless “journalists”. Absolute garbage. That’s my opinion of this podcast. Sound just like these two clods.

They used to cover iggles need to go back there Obviously more$$$ in NY. There are lot of better giant podcasts out there don’t even drop on regular basis sloppy and lazy. Hate giants too!!

Finally a Giants podcast that not under the payroll of the Giants. Love that these guys don’t seem to have a bias and say it as is. One of my favs, please give us more episodes

Dunleavey is the worst radio personality I’ve ever heard and absolutely shouldn’t be doing a giants podcast. I understand staying neutral, but somebody who is as negative about the giants shouldn’t be doing a podcast for them. Never heard a good or logical thing come out of his whiney mouth. Nice to hear a of couple professionals discussing the team objectively and rationally. Since they aren’t on the Giants payroll they can say what we are all thinking. Keep doing what your doing guys!

I will listen to anything Giants related but these two seem to actually dislike the Giants. Its like their only enjoyment covering this team is finding ways to talk down on them. They know their stuff but its hard listening to a Giants podcast with two hosts who seemingly hate the team.

Love the content and views but the hosts need to chill out and stop talking over each other.

Was the best podcast around but the hosts keep changing, inconsistent releases, one sided ranting has turned me off.

I looked forward to this podcast every week. As a Giants fan living in South Carolina, the podcast was a great way to keep up with the Giants. However, it appears they haven’t posted a podcast for about a month. What happened?

At first I was hesitant about the new team on the show. In years past we got one new person and transitioned them in. The new team of Lombardo and Dunleavy don’t have what you’d call “radio voices” lie Ranaan and Duggan did, but they’ve grown on me because I’m not listening to a sports radio show. This is two guys who are in the locker room and eat and breathe football. The fact that neither covered the Giants last year is actually a plus as we get a fresh look at the team from a new perspective. They’ve become a regular in my podcast rotation and I try to listen as soon as it’s up. Keep up the good insights and as always, screw the Eagles.

I absolutely loved this podcast last year. I learned so much about football and the Giants. Kratch, Duggan, and Joe Giglio were amazing. Now, Dunleavy isn't bad at all, but Lombardo is a nightmare. Every week he just wants to talk about Eli being washed up. No matter what happens in the game, it's Eli. It's an absolute disgrace. The Giants organization, sadly, has had a decade of neglect and we're paying the price. But Eli is the same guy who he always was, just older and diminished. But to blame him, when he's taken the abuse he's taken, when the offsensive line is a sieve, when Shurmur's play calling is, at times, headscratching, just smacks of inept reporting that completely disregards the fans. Eli is not the solution, and his best days are behind him, but he's not the problem. I long for a Giants podcast that actually reports on what's happening, informs me, educates me, and helps me to follow my team. I can do without a reporter who, for whatever reason, can only endlessly bang the samne tired drum that disrespects the best quarteback in Giants history, the fans, and the legacy of this show.

I guess this is a bit overdue, especially since I’ve already gotten a shoutout on the show. But Matt and Ryan are easily my favorite peeps to listen to when it comes to all things Giants. They are truly insightful, fair and actually very funny as well. Being in Charlotte I don’t get much Giants love so I look forward to each episode and I hope the pair continues for as long as possible. Thanks, guys and Go Big Blue!

Great podcast, tight conversations that stay focused and don’t stray into meaningless topics, fair and balanced discussion of what’s going well and what’s not going well in this rather upsetting 2018 season.

Must say I am a recent subscriber who has been extremely impressed with the in depth analysis of what this Giants team truly brings to the professional league in football this 2018-2019 season. I appreciate and value the prime coverage as well as direct perspective this podcast reveals to further explore the strengths/weaknesses for consideration to truly propel the Giants into the conversation of NFC contenders. Lombardo particularly lends his professional critique that specifically addresses the talent on the roster and realistic expectations in a tough division ahead, well done!
