When pastor swindoll explains the stories of the Bible they come to life for me as if they happened a few weeks ago His ability to relate them to our everyday life is a true gift from God I am so thankful for his years of study and dedication to Our Lord and Savior and Gods word. This ministry has impacted my life and the life of my family over the past 45 years

I have really enjoyed Pastor Chucks sermons throughout the last book of the Bible, the Revelations. He always talks slowly and that helps me understand things far easier. I can’t wait to see what’s next! I am thankful to be able to listen to him on Apple Podcasts. I gives me that chance to rewind something that maybe I missed.

I have listened to Insight for Living on and off for about 35 to 40 years. Chuck Swindoll continues to bring Bible teaching in a way that I can understand. Chuck Swindoll Is the first podcast I go to every morning. Chuck Swindoll it’s also my favorite author for the same reason. He teaches us in a way that brings scripture to life for me, and in a way that is so clear to me so that I can understand and thoroughly enjoy.

I have been listening to Chuck for DECADES. He is always a spot on beacon of unshakable, biblical truths. He is the only preacher I have in my podcast’s playlist. I am a Christian and it has as been a comforting voice of discipline and love. Keep up the great work brother!!!

Chuck Swindoll is always solid, always faithful, and always easy to listen to. I have loved his sermons over the years. He tells it like it is according to scripture.

I started listening to Chuck in 1983 when I came to know Jesus. My mentor would listen to Christian radio daily and I heard Chuck for the first time. Fast forward 2024 and I share the podcast if insight for living with many friends and family. I know there will be doing teaching for those I share it with that has helped me grow in my walk for decades. Thank you Chuck and the Insight for Living team for your ministry and sound teaching of the scriptures.

I love the messages and exhortation given each day with these sermons.

My Wife and I love listening to Pastor Swindoll when we take our walks in the evening. After a long day at work, it is so refreshing to be able to escape into his teachings and forget for a moment about all the responsibilities and just focus on Jesus. He has a true gift in making the stories in the Bible come to life. Through his teaching, he paints a picture of everything going on and allows you to just imagine it as if you were standing there. No longer do we just read the Bible and see words, you learn to slow down and really think through everything you read.

I love Pastor Swindoll like a father. Have since I was 18 and first started listening to Insight for Living on the radio during lunch breaks at my job. I’m 40 now with my own family and still sit under his counsel. I didn’t have a dad to teach me anything growing up. The Lord must have known that young men like myself would have great need for men such as Pastor Chuck and MacArthur as well. There is nothing more valuable than sound instruction from The Word of God. Nothing. And I appreciate so much Pastor Swindoll’s devotion to this. I always pray for him and I always thank God for putting him in my life.

Chuck swindoll is an amazing Bible teacher. No one can bring the characters of the Bible to life like he can! He preaches in a way that you’ll remember after the sermon is over. He’s encouraging AND convicting, and consistent in biblical truth. It’s a bummer that the sermons are cut for radio programs. So to listen to one sermon it’s in 3 parts, each with its own intro, outro and cuts to make it a perfect 30 minutes. It can get repetitive to the podcast listener. But even with that drawback, it’s WORTH IT.

Chuck Swindoll is a Marine, a doctor, and a pastor who knows the Bible inside out and backwards, and also speaks the original Greek and Hebrew that the Old and New Testaments were written in. He speaks plainly, pulls no punches, and loves God with a passion that is rarely seen anywhere. His insights are more valuable than gold, and his wisdom is truly a gift from God. You cannot go wrong with IFL, and you would be remiss to pass this podcast by. It will change your life, because it has mine. Semper Fi, Chuck!
