Listening to the podcast I was hopeful that it would entertaining and possibly helpful, it was neither. The focus seems to be primarily on white millennials and Gen z women with a whole lot nothing else.

Love the podcast, the content, the host, but I really wish she would get rid of the smooches. It gives off creepy vibes and sets my misophonia on fire. Not enough to stop me from listening because I can just skip over that part, but the times that I’m not able to reach my phone fast enough to skip it’s like nails on chalkboard.

Thanks for a realistic show about modern dating! your show has helped me get ready to get back out thereafter my divorce. I appreciate the down to earth discussion and open talk about modern dating. I feel ready to date and prepared for some of the people I’ll meet. (Could do without the “dating dish” gossip segment)

If you’re looking for applicable, useful dating advice this isn’t the show for you. Most of the advice almost seems like a joke. If you’re looking for fun pop culture dating news and interesting guests here and there, maybe you’ll enjoy it. It’s an entertaining listen, but realistically I wouldn’t take most of the advice Damona gives. Overall vibe is silly and light but not at all what I would consider my go-to dating advice podcast.

Everything she says is succinct and relevant and well-thought through. This podcast made me think deeper about the subjects discussed and made me laugh, made me more aware of the how the world works today. I love Damona’s real, feminist, positive perspective.

All of that said — Damona walks the walk and always has, and I am floored by how she’s channeled her whole SELF into this podcast. Her voice is genuine and true, and it so purely reflects exactly who she is and what she is about. She truly is one of those people you feel better having been around, and this is so palpable, even on podcast. This podcast has it all... funny, entertaining and whether or not you are looking for love, there are some great takes on relationships and being single. The host, Damona, keeps the show moving with some engaging, fun riffs on today’s dating game. Great voice too. Definitely a fun listen every week to catch up on gossip in the news as well. I think men and women would enjoy this show because there are so many things you never think about when it comes to the single game or relationships.

I enjoy this podcast. It’s lively and entertaining. It has some good advice from time to time. However, I stopped listening because I am overweight and I was incredibly insulted by one of the podcasts where they dealt with overweight women. Also, since I tend to be more politically conservative, Damona has insulted me and my intelligence several times. When you bring politics into it, you are going to offend half of your audience. Why do you want to do that??

When you’re single and looking, there’s plenty of topics to discuss about why you’re still single and looking. I’ve been married 7 years to the love of my life, and Damona and Ray still find tons of funny, poignant, interesting things to say about being happily hooked up! And some of those dating tips for singles really apply to us married folk… especially if we want to avoid being single all over again :D

Damona is so wonderful in this show. The topics that she brings up along with her guests are so entertaining that you cannot help but laugh out loud with them. 5 stars all the way.
