    Enjoyable
Always enjoy your mundane and helpful advice . I am going to get a drying rack!

    Noom??!?
Love Marc but am genuinely shocked he’s shilling for Noom, especially bc he talks openly about his eating disorder. Shocked and disgusted.

    Thank you!

Better w/o all that “yeahs” jazz
Great podcast but wish Marc would tone it down with the “yeahs” when guests are speaking. It’s very distracting and diminishes the conversation.

    Dwight Yoakam! Yeah !
I could listen to hours and hours more of Dwight Yoakam telling his enthralling stories. Thank you!

    Perfection
Thank you Marc! You’re the only “celebrity podcast” that isn’t a giant circle jerk every episode. I can’t even bother trying new shows anymore. You rule. Sorry about Lynn.

    Alex Van Halen
Alex, before you agree to be on the podcast to promote your book sample a couple of shows to hear all of Marc’s “ Yeah” and the interruptions while guest attempts to speak. This is not a A.I Bot review. Alex, notice how Josh Brolin couldn’t get a word in before Marc started talking about himself.

    DWIGHT Yoakam!!
Best in a while. I have loved Dwight for decades. Thanks Marc for letting him loose - that was awesome. His stories belong in the Smithsonian.
  • Hi welcome to my vide
    Yea yea yea
Love you, Marc, but sometimes you come across as an impatient listener by filling the air, with yea..yea..yea while the guest is speaking. Listen back to your interview with Dwight Yoakam, for example. Every pause or breath he takes is filled with your voice. Fells like you’re rushing him along or waiting to talk idk. I still think you’re the best, and I’m working on becoming a better listener myself. Take it or leave it😉

    A top 3 podcast
I so enjoyed the Dwight Yoakum episode. He had a wealth of knowledge and I hope he returns at some point. Marc did a nice job of holding back and let DY entertain us. Great episode!

Amazing collaboration w/ You and Dwight. Needs a part 2!!!

    Dwight Yoakam
    O. M. G. I’ve been listening for several years and enjoy all Marc’s interviews. He is so interested and knows of his subjects such that we can feel why this person is being brought to us. But Dwight Y is a revelation. I could listen to this guy talk another session. His knowledge of his genre’s history is brought to life by his obvious love of it. What a great opportunity to hear someone that may not be as exposed as many known musicians. Thanks Marc for your interest.

All depends on the quality of the guest...
All depends on the quality of the guest. If the guest is good, Marc is good. Far too often some obscure actor or actress Marc worked with is booked and so goes the podcast. Too many boring guests have killed this podcast. Used to be a must listen, now I just occasionally check it. All things fade...

In the very beginning Marc was a trail blazer in podcasting now it’s DNC talking points and woke comedy

    Simply the best. Nuff said.

    Self absorption running wild
This is a terrible podcast. I can’t and won’t listen to someone who is more impressed with themselves than the conversation or a person who’s being interviewed. Not for me.

    Robert Patrick interview
This was so funny! He said this was a Fascinating experience. You got him to say stuff he’s never said. Great interview

What a beautiful interview! Deep, intimate, spiritual and profound topics. Andrew at his best. Thank you!

Made Him an Offer He Couldn't Refuse
Marc definitely earned his "stripes" over the years and it culminated in an absolutely terrific conversation with Al Pacino. Not an interview, no fan gushing, but 2 bright, intelligent men discussing a life that had many ups and many downs. I've never heard Mr. Pacino so relaxed and truly engaged and seemed to really enjoy being present in the moment with Marc. Bravo!

    TDS out of control
I used to like Maron but his brain has been broken. Not interested in his half-witted political takes. Been a listener for over 6 years and just can’t take him anymore.

She’s fascinating. I loved the interview it could have gone on for much longer. She’s a deeply interesting person.

    Marc “yeah, yeah, yeah”
Couldn’t listen to the Chris Robinson chat. It’s typical Marc going “yeah yeah yeah” talking all over his guest who is actually more interesting than Marc. Hey Marc, try being quiet for 10 seconds!

Ever get to talk about her book? I know she tried to a few times. I gave up.
  • glimadoll
Shut up and quit talking about yourself!!
Never thought I’d see someone more narcissistic than Trump, but Maron is it. Jeez, what a terrible interviewer. Ask the guest a good question then LET THEM TALK and stop pulling the conversation back to yourself. I have subscribed to this podcast for years, but the deterioration is accelerating. I can’t take it anymore. Bye, bye Marc the Uber-Narcissist.
