    Prehab before Rehab
    My coach always says this but most runners will admit that strength is not our favorite thing. Ignoring it will come back to bite us though and Dr. Lisa has great information to establish a routine. I’ve followed her on IG for some time but just found the podcast. It’s engaging and individual episodes are not a massive time commitment. Pop one on and go for a walk! I’m excited to listen to the back episodes.

    I listen to every episode and love how Dr Lisa explains injuries and the recovery plan. Her advice is put into simple terms making it easy to execute. Her positive attitude makes me feel that any challenge is correctable and with that kind of support how can you not reach the best self!

    Solid useful advice
    Injured my ankle trying to get back into running l,after many years, too fast and too soon. I thought rest was the best and I am so glad I found Lisa on IG and her foot and ankle program! I learned that strengthening was the key to get back to running. My ankle pain has improved and I look forward to listening to her advice on here and can’t wait to get back to running thanks to the information she offers here!

    This show is wonderful. Dr. Lisa is extremely informative and gives great advice to runners! She speaks in a way that listeners can understand (without having a medical minded background).

    I have been following Dr Lisa on Instagram for a while for her great running PT content. I recently found out she had a podcast and am glad I did.     Like having a smart PT friend!
    I found Dr. Lisa while looking at instagram for rehab moves for shin splints and am SO glad I did. Loving the podcast- smart and informative without being preachy or feeling like too much. Dr. Lisa feels relatable and she’s such a breath of fresh air in the overwhelm of running form/ tips online.

    Dr. Lisa is so knowledgable about physical therapy and specifically running related issues. I have had chronic knee pain and her exercises have provided relief! I use to think rest is what I needed, but have since learned that it’s not even just a strength issue but a mobility and stability issue as well! I learn so much listening to her podcasts that I’ve replayed all of them at least twice so far. Great content and a must listen for a all Runner’s!
