Bad Sound Engineering - inconsistent schedule
This podcast would be much better and worth 5 stars if they didn't mess up the volume and engineer it way too low. Also the key to any good podcast is a reliable publishing schedule. It makes it feel as if the author's aren't actually invested in the show, so why should the audience.

Awesome podcast about the REAL Hawaii!
This is a very well done, thoughtful podcast that takes an honest, nuanced look at the Hawaii that Hawaiians know. I've learned a lot, especially about the history of Lanai and Molokai that I didn't know. I hope you'll drop more episodes soon! Mahalo nui.

    It’s not a straight line
People need to share story. That is how we come together. Great job trying to be true and show the strength and struggle.

    Amazing 10/10
Great podcast. There aren’t many podcasts out there that talk about what Hawaii is really like. This show does a great job of balancing diverse perspectives, including nuance, and amplifying the conversations we’re all having at the dinner table. Locals should listen to hear other perspectives and tourists / mainlanders should listen to inform themselves.
