I have always felt out of place from moving around my entire life, I would join groups related to hobbies and just never felt “in place”, then I was introduced to JGFG by my boyfriends sister & although I haven’t been the most consistent & have had days that I didn’t give 110%, the way this group and these workouts have changed my ENTIRE mindset is awesome. My confidence is higher than it ever has been before, I see myself in such a brighter light, it’s changed how I talk about myself, it’s changed how I am as a mother, partner, friend, etc. I am more confident so I do more things and express myself better. It’s truly changed my life in such a positive way! Thank you Jen!🩷

Ashes816No Nonsense Approach to HealthJennifer doesn’t sugarcoat anything in her advice to weight loss and strength training. She doesn’t believe in quick fixes or fads. She tells you straight up that only hard work and effort are going to get you the results you want. Yes, there is some promoting of her personal training program, but a lot of what she’s talking about makes more sense if you are in it. It’s totally worth it. She is completely hands-on in every aspect of the program and will message you personally about counting macros or questions about form. This podcast gives her member even added inspiration and motivation to dig deeper and work harder. I look forward to each episode and listen the day it’s released!

Made sense why hitting my macros was cutting the tiredness. Jen was able to help guide me through my fitness for being pregnant. Jen took the time out to tell me how to keep my baby safe while still being able to move my body! Jen is the most upfront, honest person, here for you ever step of the way! This pregnancy has set different for me as I feel I fail myself gaining the weight and not loving my body like I’m suppose to. But, I am a woman! Our body do and create human lives. So listening to this pod cast as help me! Jen’s shares moments in her only personal life we all can relate to. She is amazing! It is truly a sisterhood you can count on any of these women to help or answer a random question or just to motivate you. This group makes you become stronger, a healthier version of yourself, not just for a day or week but a lifetime! You have to be open to change your mind set. To love your body! Listen to your body! TBurns62Heartfelt and rawWhat makes a good podcast? One you relate to and this is it. I heard myself saying yes and also nodding my head many times. Jen is a leader. She encourages me but also dishes out the “tough love” so I will grow. These podcasts help me to stay on track and know that I am worthy to make time for myself and to also set goals. I love the suggestion she gave of setting goals and also documenting with photos and with noting how I’m feeling at this time. Inviting Sisters to join is great. I love hearing about other’s journeys and how they deal with the many seasons of life. Rachel’s emotions were heartfelt and raw. I wanted to cry for her and for myself as I could relate so well. I’m anxiously awaiting the next podcast to see what advise Jen has for us.

While it is centered around Jen’s personal training expertise, she also provides advice on mental well being, self-confidence, & inner strength, as well as healthy eating habits. Jen occasionally invites other influential people in her sphere in order to lend another perspective on topics discussed during this weekly podcast. Not only did I recommend Jen’s podcast to my mom but I also intentionally play it in the car when my children are with me so they can pick up on the positivity and confidence that Jen exudes. This podcast works for all ages!

PattiAnnLewisLove Jen’s Podcast!I am 68 years young and have been with JGFG for 120 weeks! I have always been an active person, but mostly running. In October 2020 I decided to try JGFG and I have been hooked ever since. My workouts don’t look like younger ones in the group but it doesn’t matter. THEN, the first week of March Jen started her weekly Podcast. I had never listened to a Podcast before of any kind. Didn’t even know how to get to it but JGFG gals helped me figure it out. I listened to my first Podcast while running. Jen is so soft spoken, tough when she needs to be, encouraging when needed and protects this group like she does her own family! Her Podcast with Rachel this week was “spot on” and just what I needed to hear. We all have “Seasons” we go through. They made me realize it is “ok” to not always feel it, but just Push Play! I look forward to next week’s Podcast and every one after that!

Jen is an amazing resource and provides so much information on how to transform your body and mind into your best and strongest self. S.O.33Strongest in the Room!I joined JGFG last summer and have been off and on with being active. I have not made it a priority and struggle to make the time. Listening to Jenn in these podcasts I am realizing that maybe I’m in a different season at the moment. Maybe my season is the mental growth and the confidence build that Jenn preaches. I know I will get back to the workouts and becoming stronger physically. The season is coming. Just hit play! Be the strongest in the room. No excuses. Only priorities.

She’s always so motivating and honest with us, but her podcast has been more than I anticipated. I get AMPED up listening to her. It’s not just about working out, it’s about life and seasons of life we can each relate to in one way or another. Rachel was on this week, a founding member hearing her speak on her journey reminded me we are all human. I wish they were longer, because I could listen to it for hours. I turn it on when I’m driving home and it makes me feel dedicated to this stage of my life by the time I pull into the driveway. We love you, Jen!
