mommie miaThe Young and Fearless MomBeing Different with Liz Durham, is an exceptional podcast resonating with young mothers seeking real conversation in enjoying and thriving as a mother in today’s “do this, not that” marketing world. Hosted with genuine warmth and “not always popular” thought, each episode dives deep into the realities of parenting, providing both practical advice and heartfelt stories. Not typical of today, this podcast is authentically raw in conversations offering valuable experiences, real-time mommy talk, all while remaining genuinely grounded. Liz speaks her fearless truth without excuses, setting this podcast apart, making it a must-listen for anyone navigating the journey of young motherhood. I do look forward everytime a new, Being Different, podcast drops. *Just sharing so other curious mothers can benefit from this awesome podcast, as well.

eeedalllSo glad I discovered this!I’m 34 & similarly situated as Liz. Recent SAHM of 3 & discovering a lot of the same things she seems to be. I love how Liz isn’t afraid to speak up about these topics! Thank God there’s no ‘you got it mommas’ or sugar coating…. I mostly listen to men because they’re so straight forward but I’m so glad I finally have a female to listen to!! Great interview skills also. I feel like I’m listening to an old friend & can’t wait to see what else you’ve been working on!

Michelangelo Christopher DeanNot greatIt’s a sad listen because Liz thinks she is smarter than she is. This person thought you could produce fuel from highway grasses.

tevomurphI want to keep listeningBut the fillers are distracting. It’s easy to edit out the uhhhs, ummms and background noise. Quality over quantity. Appreciate the message though.

Endless_Summer 167223Relatable!Just listened to the latest episode (#32) and I cannot tell you how encouraged I felt by it, just in the sense that I feel like I’m NOT crazy or alone in my parenting journey. I’m 27 and a mama of 5, my youngest being 3 months. I laughed out loud throughout the episode several times because of just how relatable it was. Especially the part about leaving the house and throwing food at the kids and just hoping they’ll eat! Liz, I love how blunt you are and your dry sense of humor. Love the podcast!!!

elsmusicianAnswer to prayer!I found your podcast from your Suzanne Venker interview and it is an answer to prayer. I am 32 and have a very fulfilling career doing what I am passionate about. I’m considering a relationship with a wonderful guy, but I am terrified of the shift to marriage/motherhood and of giving up doing what I have loved for so long. I have felt so isolated in finding other people who relate to these thoughts, so these conversations are such a blessing to find. Thank you for creating this podcast!!
