Litterae Latinae Simplices

"Litterae Latinae Simplices", by Irene Regini, is a spoken Latin podcast that tells the History of Latin literature told in beginner-friendly, easy Latin language (historia litterarum Latinarum lingua Latina simplici narrata). Listen to the episodes in order to navigate through history and progressively increase the difficulty of my spoken Latin. The same episodes with Latin subtitles are available on my YouTube channel. This is a Satura Lanx production (listen to my other podcasts: Satura Lanx, Rara avis).

    Fantastic introduction to Latin literature
I've only been taking Irene's beginner course, Gustatio Linguae Latinae, for a few months, but I can already understand this podcast well when previously it was unintelligible to me. Since it has subtitles with macrons on YouTube I tend to watch it there.

    Excellent Podcast
The best Latin podcast I’ve found! I listen to the episodes on drives, at work, and around the house while doing chores and my Latin comprehension has improved considerably since I found this gem. Gratias tibi habeo!

    Best learning method
I’m able to listen to the content which is a little harder than my abilities and it improves my Latin quickly
