maddie<<<<3333333So helpful!I love this podcast. Sarah somehow describes exactly what is going on in my brain! My bf and I have hit quite a few bumps in our relationship because of the “he wanted to be would” mentality, which is so not helpful for 2 people just doing their best. Sarah has opened the door in my mind to have compassion for our relationship, him and especially myself - which my anxious brain thought would lead to a worse situation but has actually made things 100% better. Thank you Sarah, your podcast is so important!

emsyeliseYLYL>>>YLYL is the best podcast if you want to level up in your relationship, not only with your SO, friends, or family members, but most importantly YOURSELF. I have learned more about how my mind functions in relationships from listening to this podcast for a year than I have ever learned before. Sarah is excellent at what she does and brings on amazing, vulnerable, down to earth guests to help anyone that is willing to listen.

laurr37A must!I started listening to this podcast during a very emotional time and trying to determine what my emotions were telling me about my relationship. I never realized I had relationship anxiety or obsessive thoughts but this podcast has normalized so much what I am going through. Listening to her episodes have calmed me down and put my mind at ease so I can learn to trust myself again and end the vicious intrusive thought cycle. Sara has helped me so much and I still have so many more episodes to listen to!

KayBae 🦋ROCD in Recovery 🪷I’ve known for the last two years that I have some serious ROCD. I have been in individual therapy for years at this point, and I have to say I have not experienced such growth and perception changes by simply listening to an episode versus years and years of therapy. This podcast is seriously so amazing and I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am, I genuinely feel like I now have the resources to show up differently in my life and in my relationship. I am on the verge of tears at how happy and eternally grateful I am, I’m so excited to see how this transforms my relationship as my partner is amazing and I felt a lot of guilt from my end of the street specifically with having ROCD. Thank you thank you THANK YOU! 💖💖💖💖 I feel like I can have a new start of my 3 year relationship and show up the way my partner & myself both deserve!

Caroline2148Life changingI have had ROCD for years and this podcast is a COMPLETE game changer. They nail ROCD in a way that my long-time therapist has not been able to. I feel seen, validated, and hopeful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

LeAnonymousReviewer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️One of my favorite podcasts. I really struggle with relationship anxiety but sometimes hearing just a few minutes of a podcast ep can make me feel heard and gives my anxious mind a bit of a breather. Thank you so much for all your work! 💓

ayatesy#44I just listened to episode 44 and it was a breath of fresh air! Some of my favorite moments / those most relatable to me: 1) recognizing that you could be doubling down on your defense when you feel like you’re in the “wrong” and that you could be overreactive when you feel like your partner is in the “right”. I am so quick to try to resolve in the middle of arguments or discussions and I truly could benefit from giving myself and my partner space in the moment to try to understand if I’m approaching objectively vs. emotionally. 2) romanticizing past relationships and comparing the best traits in past partners to the worst traits in our current partners‼️The perspective that we create our own fantasies when reflecting and imagining past relationships and experiences is so obvious but profound. Overall, I loved this episode so much and feel deeply connected to Christine’s journey even more (despite her being my best friend IRL, lol). Great job, Sarah and Christine!

Harry's fav girlRefreshing take on relationships and relationship anxietyI have never listened to a podcast but HAD to try it because I follow her on Instagram and her content always calms me down when I’m feeling anxious. I relate to her and her experiences so deeply and it helps seeing her pov on everything. It’s such a refreshing perspective vs the people that say “if you feel this way, you have to or should leave”. Her content makes me want to work on myself and my relationship instead of giving up when it gets tough, boring, annoying, etc. Sarah, you truly are an inspiration and just want to say huge thank you for what you do! Will be listening to every episode that’s released!

PetiaKolibovaA must for any relationshipSarah has such a beautiful way to vulnerably and openly share her life lessons and what helped her grow in life and relationships. I wish this podcast would be live two decades ago that would save me lots of heartache. Love this show 🤍

Reviewer466290Insightful, helpful podcastSarah’s takes on relationships possess a lot of wisdom and depth. In a social media world full of dating “influencers” who spew blank & white statements without any research to back them up, Sarah paints relationships with nuance, and emphasizes how each person’s experience will be different. At the same time, the examples she uses from her current and past relationship are enormously helpful. In a culture that views any type of relationship doubt as taboo, Sarah is destigmatizing relationship anxiety and showing that we’re not alone in this.

Christian H 12Anxiety TopicThe podcast does a great job discussing anxiety and really defining what it means, it is easy to say but what is it? Sarah’s example of how it was her own anxiety affecting the relationship was eye opening. Hoping to hear more interviews to discuss the topic
