My first review of their podcast was overly critical. Since then, this has become my favorite podcast each week. These ladies grow on you like tentacles from the Upside Down. They are funny and clearly prepare extensively for each episode. Looking forward to Season 5 coverage. Keep up the great work!

I love Byler and i think it’s so cute. I just finished part 2 and it gave me such a good perspective. You guys did a really thorough job. Also tbh i did think you were together lol.

I enjoy the topics and theories covered, but I’d like to hear more from Amanda. In one episode, Marina literally said, “Amanda had this theory…” and then proceeded to explain said theory instead of handing the mic to Amanda for to explain her own theory…there just isn’t enough back and forth for me. It’s not conversational enough.

Helping me stay sane while I wait for S5. A deep dive that is so well-researched. I am here for it all!

In the deep dark void between seasons, nothing makes me happier than listening to Amanda and Marina’s thoughtful, in-depth recaps and analysis of my favorite show. Their friendship makes their dynamic even more enjoyable, and they go above and beyond to be accurate, interesting, and entertaining. 10/10, no notes except please never stop!!

Sometimes I just want more Stranger Things in my life without having to hear The Upside Down “squelching wetly” and Amanda and Marina thoughtfully recap each episode so that I don’t have to. They are also both english majors and have really great insight into things like character motivations as well as what likely was the Duffer brother’s intentions on themes and symbolism. I absolutely love how deep they go but everything is balanced out by their humorous banter. Honestly, there is so much here and so much intentionality any Stranger Things fan could likely relisten (and I am!)

Hosts have great chemistry and you can tell this podcast is a labor of love. Silly, informed, and true stranger things fanatics

The ladies have great chemistry and I enjoy their witty repertoire. However, this podcast is 95% commentary and about 5% recap and analysis. I’m disappointed because I thought from the description they would be breaking down and theorizing about the show: episodes, characters, plots, etc. Instead we mainly just get critiques on everything like the characters’s hair, clothes, dialogue, etc.

This is a mess of a podcast.

I am super picky about my podcasts and must have dismissed at least three other Stranger Things pods before landing on this gem, and I am so happy I stuck with it! Not only is listening to Marina and Amanda like hanging out with friends, but the randomly educational episodes in between ST discussions are so clever and fun!
