    Great show
I’ve been a listener to this show since the beginning and something that I want to give as serious constructive criticism is the music elements that have been recently added to the show. It can be really distracting and not added at the right time. I really wish that this show would get more attention but I have often had a hard time following the show & the very odd music choices added at weird times.

    Thought Provoking and Reassuring
I listen to these podcasts weekly. Think about them. Then listen to them again with my teenagers while we’re driving. We’re always driving somewhere. (I have four kids ages 14-23). I appreciate the approach to the subjects, the calls the action, and the thought and care taken with the guests. We pause, discuss, rewind, listen and discuss some more. This show is a great way to have a conversation about topics that are important but don’t have an easy jumping off point.

I am hooked on this podcast. I have recommended it to many acquaintances. Dara Starr Tucker is so insightful and so on point. With so much noise nowadays, it is quite refreshing to listen to something so relevant, educational, and that gives me food for thought. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Thank you For Revealing Norman Lear Stole Eric Monte’s Ideas
Praying for justice for Eric Monte. It is reprehensible that Norman Lear stole Eric Monte’s ideas and show concepts and did not compensate Monte fairly for his work and instead took credit for Monte’s intellectual property. I also wondered how Lear, a Caucasian man, could single-handedly originate numerous television shows about the African American family, emotions and experience. Well, now we know Lear didn’t originate these shows but, rather, stole them and attempted to degrade African American portrayals with racist stereotypes and minstrel depictions.

    Great Podcast
I found this young lady on Tik-Tok who had a soothing speaking voice and I decided to follow her. I went back and binge her videos from the beginning and have been hooked ever since. I love the content and how it is presented. I really enjoy the podcast. I am now on the third episode and really dig the way you and your husband engage and encourage each other. Thanks for the wisdom and I am now a fan. Keep doing your thing sister. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
