This podcast is like going to a wake. Completely dull, they didn’t invest in good microphones and are boring as eff. If you want to hear your busboy at Applebees talk about a movie they saw yesterday I highly recommend.

Love listening to this show with my kept woman

A lot of people know a lot about music. A lot of people know a lot about films. But not a lot of people know a lot about both. Dave and Andrew are two such people. The hosts do an excellent job of keeping the music snob in me interested, while still making it a good listen for the casual fan. It’s also a really good listen, even if you haven’t seen or don’t plan to see the film they’re discussing. Highly recommended!

And um, and um, and um

I’m fairly picky about podcasts and was kinda fading away from them in general when this one came to my attention. I checked it out cuz I’m a bit of a music fan and was pretty impressed. The hosts really go deep and shared info I wasn’t even aware of despite having seen many of the films many times (cuz I kinda have a problem). They’re also fairly likeable and even when, on the rare occasion, I disagree with a take they have, it’s not irritating. It’s just like a normal conversation between friends who just like roc docs. I definitely recommend and look forward to seeing where they go.

Fun topic. They’ll never run out of documentaries. Like the choices so far. Keep ‘em coming.

Honest, fresh and fun. David and Andrew have great chemistry while still having different takes. I love film and this podcast explores a genre of film I haven’t got into too much. Interest is piqued.

Great listen. I think Nolan’s rock doc would be about Muse or Viva La Vida era Coldplay.
