This story was… and the storytelling was ABSOLUTELY amazing, loved the journey this took us on, it also has unintentionally re-sparked a flame within my own relationship as it was so refreshing and invigorating to see how love buds and just how beautiful it is to be in love and the importance of valuing it deeply. Thanks to the folks at Atypical Artists yet again for another smash hit!

Such a lovely, poignant coming-of-age story about two boys finding their way to one another. I have listened to it twice and caught all the feels both times.

What a tender story. I replay the moments in my head and also re-read the transcripts (thanks for making them available). Epic as a supernova while being still as a glistening seawater drop under the stars.

This podcast managed to create so much atmosphere with just two voices and the sound of waves. The writing was stellar and all the acting was very heartfelt. I had to stop at one point at a later episode because it was a bit to real. It's commendable how truly earnest this show was into everything it tackled. It is super cheesy at some points but it never felt cringe because of the earnestness. Lots of props to the writer and actors. Looking forward to whatever new projects they do.

I just discovered this, and I’ve already listened to it twice through! The acting, the music, the romance it’s done so much for me! I really love this boom in queer art. Thank you Briggon Snow and the Team at Atypical artists for giving us this gift!!!

In the past, when it came to podcasts… I usually deleted the app right away since at the time I felt like it was just another app that was wasting space. Now, however, the podcast app is on my home screen page and it’s literally all thanks to this show! I am so happy that I stumbled upon this show because it left me so emotional (in a good way) and left me wanting more episodes due to the love that I have for the characters and story! To say that I loved this show, is simply an understatement. So so amazing… thank you!

Amazing what excellent writing and voice acting can achieve in a world dominated by video. This podcast truly captured the labile emotions of youth, quick to anger and offense, but open to wonder and taking such joy in human connection. The voice actors should be commended for transporting me back to being a teen in all of its good and painful aspects. I highly recommend experiencing this with an open heart, with any inclination to pessimism turned down to zero. Also, best enjoyed in a darkened room with your eyes closed. Thank you. Again this was so very beautiful.

The writer absolutely hit it out of the park when he wrote this. The dialogue is so genuine, the songs are beautifully done, the plot line is unique, but not out of the realm of believability. I can not recommend this show enough. The only criticism I have is that there aren’t more episodes. Honestly, hats off to you, Briggon. Thank you!

It’s basically Caleb and Adam in their own show. It’s incredibly thoughtfully written. It’s interesting that the characters are teens yet their conversations and interactions are very much adult like. It’s definitely loaded with teenage angst and first love. But it’s so sweet 🥲 Nicely done Briggon. Nicely done!!!

If you’re moving quickly & clicked on this podcast thinking it had anything to do with outer space, nah. It’s basically a 16 yr old male bisexual soap opera (which is totally cool) but nothing to do with stars or planets etc.

Incredibly well written. I love seeing younger queer stories that include healthy discussions on boundaries and consent, as well as emotional well being and mental health. You fall in love with the characters and their journey together. The sound design and music is so well done and beautiful. I’m not finished yet with the first season but I really hope there might be more in the future 🤍

If you liked Phil Stamper's novel THE GRAVITY OF US, give a listen to this charming and gentle story of two young men falling in love while waiting for their mothers to return from a mission to Mars. Like some of the other reviewers, I'm a bit obsessed with this podcast. I found it shortly after episode 8 dropped and immediately binged the entire run up to that point, and was glad to hear there were two more episodes to go. I'm both looking forward to the final installment and wishing it wouldn't end, which is one of the best signs of a beloved story. I figured I would give this a repeat listen once it was all over, but I've already listened to it twice. I would love to hear more stories in this vein, and I'm really looking forward to what these talented creators make next.

Briggon Snow has done an absolutely amazing job with this project! It really showcases emotions in an extremely accessible way and I cannot say enough good things about it. I've listened to every episode so far multiple times and I can't wait to see how this ends.

'Look Up' from Atypical Artists is off to a flying start. Briggon Snow has created and written an audio drama that is tender and sensitive; I particularly like its real-time conversational style, which gives room for Snow and Evan Bittencourt's characters to bloom and breathe.
