    This podcast is helpful, and entertaining. Sort of challenging to make this stuff interesting but Ted adds enough humor and energy to keep your mind from wandering so you can learn the info you need to improve your diving and equalization. Thanks Ted!!

    Ted Harty is a great FreeDiving teacher. He stresses safety first and safety last. Many others just focus on depth or how long you can hold your breath and in reality safety should be your priority. Ted will definitely improve your performance and Freedive experience.

    Hey dude! This is super educational, thanks for putting this together. Can you consider calling spearfisherman something like spearfishers or spear divers? There’s a lot of women out there that don’t like the term spearfishermen.
