DhoswpRelatable and ActionableNatasha is a joy to listen to — she is upbeat and her humanity comes out in every episode. It really feels like having a good conversation with a trainer as a best friend. Her episodes are a great length — not overwhelming. She is open about her own life and it all feels very natural. It’s super helpful to hear about what she is going through or trying, because you feel like you’re hearing from a friend not an inaccessible expert. I love to listen to it just to keep my mind a little health conscious.

She has helped me understand that eating more and not slaving away to cardio is possible and that life is more than exercise and restriction. I have become more comfortable in my eating disorder recovery in learning to eat more food and that weight lifting a few times a week far outweighs doing excessive cardio. She has helped me trust and honor my body more and has helped me learn that I can live a life without restriction and without the fear of constant weight gain and that I have so much to look forward to in life. I had just started lifting and wanted to find encouraging and informative podcasts and I can confidently say I found one. Episodes are easy to follow and focus on building strength and achieving body goals through love and healthy choices, not fads and quick fixes. I listen as soon as new episodes come out and finish them feeling inspired and excited about my next steps. It’s like listening to your personal trainer bestie :)
