    Wow, so good!
I asked a friend of mine for some parenting tips for my toddler who’s been whining. She sent me the episode on it and I just listened to it twice back to back! Thank you so much I really needed to hear it!! I can’t wait to implement what I’ve learned and listen to more episodes!

    Congrats to Alex’s First Episode!
I have been a silent listener for several years now. I absolutely loved Katy, and she will surely be missed. However, Alex’s first show was truly amazing! It’s so fun to hear the mother-daughter dynamic, and as a mom, it’s heartwarming to listen to you both speak together. I wish Alex, Ginger, and Katy all the best in 2025! I can’t wait to keep listening. Excited to hear, wisdom and insight from Alex.

    A beautiful and refreshing podcast
Thank you Ginger and Katy so much for the work and time you put in to making this podcast! It has encouraged me so much and really turned the trajectory of my thoughts to invaluableness of letting everything you do be done through the lense of scriptural wisdom. I recently turned seventeen and have been listening to this podcast regularly for almost a year and love it so much. Even though I am not a mother and won’t be one for a while, this podcast has really helped me to be a more understanding and obedient child(I hope:). It has brought to light the diligent love and care that Christian parents have for their children and has increased the thankfulness that I have for my parents and the work they have done for spiritual wellbeing-most without me even knowing. After listening to the dialogue of some episodes in particular it has really made me stop and think “wow. My parents really do love the Lord and really do love me”. It has also been a reminder of the truth of the gospel- that all the work of presenting Christ to your children is so worth it! The word of God is so true and beautiful that no matter how frustrating and tiresome parenting seems to be at times it is such a high calling and worth the all work training your children in it. Through listening to this podcast, I have also felt more grace in my heart towards my parents when they make mistakes. This podcast is so special to me- even the sound of y’all’s voices on it are so comforting and calming! I recently received the wise words for mom’s behavior chart for Christmas and am looking foreword to gently implement its outline in babysitting little ones as well as addressing the behavior of my own heart. Thank you both again for this podcast! I would recommend something like to Christians in all stages of life- parents or not!

    Reaching my heart
I am deeply grateful for the guidance and wisdom I've gained from your podcast. My husband has been deployed for 11 months, and as I took on the responsibility of solo parenting, I discovered my own areas for growth and areas where I had developed unhealthy habits. After discovering your podcast, I've been listening consistently-putting over 30,000 miles on my car in just 10 months-using the insights to guide me through this season of parenting and personal development. Not only has your teaching been invaluable for me, but I've also shared key episodes with my husband to help us both transition back into our family routine. He has been amazed by the positive changes he's seen in the behavior of our 2- and 3-year-olds, as well as in myself. Thank you for your biblical teaching and for equipping me with the tools to reach the hearts of my children and, just as importantly, my own heart. Your podcast has truly been transtormative in this challenging season. I am constantly sharing podcast, and gifting your “ wise words for moms” thank you for spreading wisdom and knowledge. God bless

    SPEECHLESS
I am speechless at the amount of value in each and every episode. This podcast has helped me tremendously in becoming a better mother and all around better woman. Everything I learn, I share with my fiancé so it not only benefits me but he is also learning!

    Go-to source for biblical parenting
It’s the Bible-based methods and conversational, example-filled episodes that give me practical wisdom to fulfill what we know from God’s word in how to parent. It’s just what I needed when I was searching for help. I only wished I found it sooner! On my weekly rotation and am always craving for more time to listen and relisten! Thank you for all the help you have been to my heart. ❤️

    Might be my favorite podcast!!
I absolutely love listening to Katy and Ginger. Every episode is uplifting, fun, relevant, and helpful for day-to-day parenting; but more importantly saturated with Scripture!! They pull no punches when speaking the truth, but do it with such love, humility, and encouragement. So refreshing in a culture where content for women/moms is so often dumbed down and void of real wisdom.

    I would give a 10 if I could
Thank you so much ladies for the work that you do and equipping us parents with knowledge and truth to help create the best version of little humans we possibly can! It is soooo appreciated!

    Episode request
My wife and I enjoy listening and appreciate the show, but I have a specific request! I didn’t see an episode that deals specifically with disciplining kids in public settings or dealing with tantrums in public. Could you squeeze one of those in sometime? Thanks!
  • Krispisteach
    Off topic
I absolutely love the addition of the off topic segments. It enables you to keep the main podcasts focused on the main points, which I appreciate when I go back to listen to a podcast again, but I also really enjoy hearing your stories, jokes, and banter that I kind of missed when you stopped doing that as much. Now we get both! If we want to focus on a specific discipline issue, it’s easy to find the topic. If we want some lighthearted chitchat, we can easily find that too! Well done!

I loved this quick episode! When I’m listening to podcasts I normally listen to several different types looking for all the great information on each topic so I get the chatty can be an issue buuuuut I loved learning more about Katie and Ginger. It is refreshing to hear how different you are on so many things but at the same time agreeing on raising children with Gods word. Being different is what makes the world go round but God focused is what keeps us all united.

    Practical, godly advice
Such a wonderful podcast! I can’t begin to say how much Ginger and Katy have impacted my life and therefore my children’s lives. I have even shared the strategies and the podcast with my children’s teachers after they heard how I directed my children on “we obey all the way, right away, and with a happy heart.” Thank you for what you do! Your words are helping to shape the next generation.

Practical Parenting Tips for Christian Parenting
This podcast is SO helpful! I find myself referencing this podcast to other mom constantly. I share episodes with friends when we discuss the challenges of parenting. I have personally put content from this show into practice since finding it! I love that it is not about behavior modification, but it gets to the heart of our children.

    Best Parenting Podcast
These ladies bring such biblical and spiritual advice for many situations that we as mamas (& all caregivers) face daily. I’m so thankful to have a parenting podcast that I can turn to that provides such sound teachings straight from scripture. I have ordered multiple resources from Ginger’s website as well that have been very helpful for my family. 🙌🏼

    Scriptural and Practical
Hands down the best parenting podcast I have found. Full of scripture and practical application. Focused on changing hearts and not simply just changing the behavior.

    The Coach I Need
Ginger and the guests on this podcast are the coaches I need in my life. I am reading Don’t Make Me Count to Three and I love having wise word scripts when talking to my children. This podcast is helping me become more confident in my child gracing.

    Keep coming back for more
I just listened to the Dec 26 heart-oriented episode right after telling my husband we need a "brush up" and to listen to Katie and Ginger again. This episode is full of all the golden nuggets to get my Godly parenting brain oriented to work more efficiently. It's so often we forget the things to say and NOT say because our natural impulses are unfortunately not as patient as Christ. Even after reading all the books, I sometimes remember only bits and pieces in the moment. I finished the dishes and feel refreshed for my kids to serve and point them well after listening <3 thanks ladies!

My kids don’t know how thankful they should be.
I am so thankful to have found this podcast while my kids are still young. I find myself in tears over the failures of today, but encouraged for a better tomorrow. I love the way they have biblically grounded teaching and advice, but always point you to scripture for yourself too.

Ginger & Katy Are Such a Blessing!
As a mama of 3 young children (2 boys and a girl), I have found so much comfort, insight, encouragement and Godly wisdom from Ginger and Katy! The daily struggle is REAL when it comes to raising children in a dark and confused world. Listening to this podcast has helped guide me through the tough challenges of christian parenting with biblical advice and references to scripture. I’ve shared so much of what I’ve learned here with my husband and it’s helped strengthen our bond and bring clarity to our end goal of training up our children in the way they should go. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

Helpful Tool for Biblically Raising Children Well
Such a helpful and biblically focused podcast. I am so grateful to have this podcast as a resource for raising my children to love God and to keep His commandments for our good and his glory. I’m always blown away with the heart level focus of why we should parent the way God has intended us to; to not just focus on training our children’s outward behavior but shepherding their hearts for God’s word. I’m constantly sharing this podcast with fellow mom friends and just purchased one of Ginger’s book and the wise word for mom’s chart (the discounts continually offered on the podcasts help!). It’s been on my heart to start a book study with other young moms and I can’t wait to see how God will use Ginger’s book and resources to impact our families and future generations for God’s kingdom to come. Thank you, Ginger and Katy, for all you do!

    Bible saturated wisdom for parents
This podcast is incredible. I always leave feeling encouraged, convicted, and empowered to apply the principles discussed on the show. What I love most about this show is that it is saturated with scripture. As christians we know God’s word has power and does not return void. This podcast has encouraged me to memorize more scripture and apply it to my conversations with my children. I know putting God’s word in their hearts and minds is the best thing I can do for my children. Love this podcast and Ginger’s book don’t make me count to three. I only wish my parents had these resources when they were raising me.

Can’t recommend enough to any Christian parent out there trying to raise children! It also convicts my heart so much, shedding light on my own sinful state. Valuable Bible based wisdom!

Love being challenged by these two
I recently found the podcast. I enjoy listening so much that I and doing my best to catch up on all the shows and resources as quickly as I can. Thank you for challenging me to look deeper into God’s will for the way we are raising our children.
  • Beks Mitchell
    Please prayerfully consider this
“The Hebrew word for child (“Na’ar”) used in these Proverbs is most often translated to mean boy, youth or lad. There is no record in all of scripture of children actually being beaten with a shebet.” -Connected Families This is such a divisive topic that gets people very worked up but I would implore listeners to consider and study not just what the rod is referring to as they do in the podcast but what is the CHILD. There is no evidence for this being a small child as we understand it culturally today.
  • lstevenstreefarmer
    Just what we need!
Parents, this is what we need to saturate ourselves with! Shut out the noise from the world and the ever-changing culture’s opinions on raising children and tune in to soak in the truth of God’s word about parenting. Be encouraged by the practical helps and tools shared by a seasoned mama and one in the trenches with you. So love this resource!
  • KaitBray
    Do your research
I recommend reading Thy Rod and Thy Staff and really doing you research when it comes to spanking your children. It’s such a huge and heavy decision to make in parenting so make sure you check all sides before you implement it.

Points to Christ for Parenting Wisdom
I so appreciate Ginger and Katy’s honesty and openness as well as their humility. They present Biblical wisdom to guide us in our parenting journey. Makes me feel like even though I am far from perfect, it is intentionally pointing to Christ and upholding my children in prayer as I allow Him to work through me, that will yield good fruit in the end. I love inviting their ideas into my home each week!

    Godly mentor moms I need!
I’m expecting our first child in a couple months and I’ve been listening for about a year now. This practical wisdom full of Biblical advice is exactly what I have been wanting to learn, for I was not trained/discipled/raised in the ways of the Lord. I love your “Words of Wisdom” chart already! Can’t wait to use all of the encouraging tools and tips based on scripture.
