Love everything about Sofia. May not be my go to for an advice podcast but great for taking my mind off of things (big fan of the voice most days). Was rly excited to hear the scam episode but felt disappointed when I realized Alex was on it. Can’t help but to realize that Alex has a mono-condescending tone towards Sofia. Sofia seems like she has to defend herself from Alex’s sly passive aggressive comments & it really kills my vibe. My advice to Alex - drop the act & think about how others may perceive it! Otherwise, love the episodes.

Couple of things… 1. Hate the way Sofia says merch 2. Annoying how much Sofia does that fake laugh 3. Sofia keeps having Alex on but her voice is so nasal-y and not pleasant to listen to. This is a nice background noise to listen to when working or doing something where you don’t have to completely listen.

I’ve been listening to Sofia with an F since the beginning and I’ve always laughed and had a good day after listening to her. She’s somebody that I can relate to when it comes to life and choices that I have made in my past she’s definitely somebody that I could hang out with! I still need to ride in one day! I am a little disappointed though, because the mini Mondays are supposed to be every week and we haven’t had any recently. Altogether, I really do enjoy this podcast and it’s inspiring to see a small town girl that grew up the same situation that I did come out and be as big as she is now hopefully that’ll be me and I can say I made it on my own one day!

I listened to the episode with Hannah from LIB and lost brain cells. I tried some other episodes and they were bad too. Some people shouldn’t have a podcast and Sofia is one of them.

What I love most about this podcast is this woman keeps it real. I connect with her on a deeper level and I appreciate her comedic timing and ability to be authentic!

Used to love but now the minis esp are the worst. So pointless. I zone out halfway through and forget what I’m listening to because mostly it’s Sophia talking to herself or about the most random things, not even topics, just like we’re listening in on some side conversation she’s having with someone on her team, but it’s literally about nothing. And most of it is ads anyways. Also lately she’s been sounding so pit of touch and unrelatable. The subtle bragging and idk, it’s just not what it was :/

Sofia, I am with you. Women need to feel comfortable with their vaginas. I have been a labor and delivery nurse for 14 years, so I have seen a lot of vaginas. They all look different from one another. I think this idea of it needing to look like a slit stems from the American sexualization of young girls combined with the unhealthy obsession with virginity in the LDS church. ATTN women: your vagina is perfect!

I used to LOVE Sofia on CHD. She is absolutely hilarious and I used to love this podcast. Idk what happened but she has become so insufferable lately and I get get through 5 min. I’ve stoped listening for at least 8 months now. So disappointing.

Loved the podcast in the beginning! It was fun, entertaining and made me laugh. Now it just feels so lazy. The guests aren’t entertaining, and neither are the boring conversations. These should be story times on YouTube. Not podcast episodes.

Literally the worst. Loves to tear everyone down.

I’m not a millennial, but I found this podcast interesting. My client recommended it. I got sucked into the CHD drama. Sofia is prettier and cooler. That other woman is very immature. However, producer/co-hostAlex here decreases value when on live. Also, getting better guests would be a boost. I feel guest episodes are better.

All entertainment aside, the fact that you share your raw and genuine journey with the whole world so we can laugh, cry and grow along with you is the most special and appreciated gift to the masses. We never knew we needed you but now can’t live without you. Thank you for being you, exactly as you are. Keep taking risks and discovering more about yourself everyday, that’s the blueprint. You impact is greater than you know. 🩵

One of the reasons CHD took off years ago was because both hosts expressed a type of authenticity and vulnerability that’s not so common. I think Sofia is one of the funniest people ever but none of her stories/episodes feel authentic. She uses the same 5 words over and over “unfulfilling” “do the really hard work” listeners have no idea what she’s talking about because she shares nothing.

Used to love the pod but every episode has turned into Sofia’s therapy session I just caaaaaaant

Girl you should have went anywhere except the Bahamas. When you’re in a resort with couples and families it will just highlight the fact that you’re not there with a family. I’ve traveled parts of trips solo and it was the best experience of my life and I met other people passing through who were solo. Next time go to Medellín or Malaga.

Interviewing and fawnig over Amanda Knox is no different than interviewing OJ Simpson. She was clearly complicit in the murder of Meredith and Sofia just does not have the mental ability or brainpower to do anything in this serious a subject matter ..

It’s like OG Call Her Daddy, but growing up alongside the OG listeners. I’m not huge on celebrity interviews, but the ones here are ones I actually care about, not zygote influencers I’ve never heard of. Idk how the star rating is so low. And anyone who complains about “vocal fry” just hates to hear smart women talk.

Sophia , your show use to be become so soothing and funny for me to listen to during my work day and I felt like I was part of the journey. Your best episodes are the ones with Fabby and John like the Bible and any of your family or other friends . When you do celebrities they loose me. I think that’s why I loved it more when you had your cousin Alex on the episodes . The banter use to be so great and I really just miss the connection you have with these guests.

I used to love this show but now she just seems desperate to interview anything with a pulse. We don’t care about tik tokers who have nothing to say.
