    We have been working with Steve and Shannon to design and build our new home. This podcast has been incredibly helpful throughout our home building journey! I highly recommend it for anyone who is building a new home or for any renovation (large or small). We’ve been far more prepared for discussions and SO MANY decisions we’ve needed to make because we learn along with the podcasts hosts about everything from flooring to electrical to plumbing to roofing to faux finishes to landscaping! Who knew?!? All done in an educational and entertaining way - it’s edutainment!

    Great podcast. I’m building a home and the information has been relevant and valuable. The format is entertaining and does a great job keeping the language simple enough to understand what’s being conveyed without getting lost in builder jargon. Kudos to Shannon and the 2 Steve’s.
