lunajade3catra in a suitthis is my favorite podcast!! she ra is such a special show for me, and my neurodivergent self loves to pick apart every part of my favorite pieces of media so i love hearing you guys also do that. the professor smartbrain moments have also introduced me to/spurred further interest in so many random topics (i got so excited when you started talking about lotr in the battle of brightmoon ep because wow, TWO of my hyperfixations at once?) as a younger queerling i also love to hear you guys’ little queer elder moments, especially since she ra is such a source of queer joy and hope for me already outside of this podcast. sorry for the rant but anyway i love all the gay screaming and random tangents thank you guys

phoenixinlimboVery much yesThis podcast is absolutely incredible. I love the vibe and connection between the two hosts and I LOVE how deeply they analyze the show. This show is phenomenal and this podcast does it justice. Keep up the great work!!! *** Just wanted to update, still an amazing podcast and great vibe between you both. I do feel as if y’alls criticism of Mermista and Perfuma in relation to Entrapta in Launch was a little much. Everyone is fallible, even Princesses. In moments of danger and extreme stress we usually aren’t at our best. We all know the harshness of Mermista/Perfuma in those moments isn’t their default state and while their criticism of Entrapta may have felt harsh and uncomfortable to hear, they are allowed to have their feelings. You acknowledged they weren’t at their best but also did a bit of “yes this but this I can understand this but also still this and it’s not cool.” Y’all are also allowed to have feelings but expecting constant “eternal grace”, especially from Perfumia, and having disappointment aimed at her for not living up to that perfectionism isn’t really fair. You take away her autonomy. Princesses are fallible and putting them on an emotional pedestal only to be disappointed when they inevitably fall short is just a self-fulfilling prophecy. Life isn’t perfect, it’s “clunky” at times, we all need to extend grace to the people we care about.

Mx. LBGay screaming from the Crimson WasteI love this podcast so much. 😂😍🤩 I’m having a great time listening as I rewatch the show—an episode of the show, and then the podcast ep. As someone who often finds podcasts overwhelming, this structure has also felt really accessible! 💙I love how Meff and Jenny and guests have really deepened my appreciation for the narrative nuance, animation & production & writing choices, and shenanigans that I might have missed (Professor Smart Brain moment about lutes? Truly a gift). I’m also getting pretty good at guessing what they’re going to talk about as I watch the episode 😂 so here for it! Thank y’all so much for this ✨magic✨🥳🥳🥳

StarFox1965🩷🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈I love this show so much and this podcast is amazing! Thank you!!!!!!!!! This podcast has left me with so many little Easter eggs in the episodes for me to pay attention to when I rerewatch. I only have two things to say: In remember, not only does Adora’s face on the cake match the drawings on the wall, but it also matches the little “Hi Adora” note Catra left in the garbage at princess prom Also: Catra in a freaking suit And: Catra

DragonslovetacosThank you, thank you, thank youThis podcast made me feel so seen. It made me feel like the LGBTQ+ community really got me. This also helped me sorting through my excitement and feelings of queer ships on the big screen with so many people watching. So thank you, thank you, thank you. reeny_chanThe only podcast I actually make time to listen toWhat can I say about this 'cast? The hosts Jenny and Meff are fantastic, they're super awesomely queer, and they're reviewing one of the best TV shows that has ever been made. This 'cast is fun to listen to, especially for someone as (un)healthily obsesses with "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" as I am. Seriously - if you love SPOP, you owe it to yourself to subscribe to this podcast. Do it now!

Hunter-jumper44Best Fandom Podcast Ever!!!!!The Hey Adora is truly my favorite podcast and I look forward to every new episode. I am someone who has been engaged with fandoms my whole life and I have engaged with content and conversations evolve through the advents of social media. But I have also felt that there are very few creators or shows who can balance academically grounded nuanced analysis, critique and commentary about a show. While capturing the fun of fandom and lore. This podcast does this brilliantly. They are a shinning example as to the importance and the validity of the analysis of pop culture and entertainment. The complexity of animated entertainment in particular is often dismissed. This show takes the source material and treats it with respect. Highlighting and analyzing as the weight, influence in its position SPOP has as a valid piece of art with a purpose outside of monetary mass consumption/ viewership. They do this all while having genuine fun and passion that is directly translated in to the listener experience. I also want to highlight and shout out how well they address and navigate topics and conversations that sit outside of the hosts identity and lived experience. 10/10 they nail it. I have been listening and following from the start over on Spotify and have loved every second of the show. Can’t wait for more! Big thank you to everyone who helps create it! You all rock!

Sapphire_Tribe_The only Podcast I can actually listen toSo I have adhd and that makes it hard to focus on a lot of podcasts. I’ve found this one very entertaining and I usually listen to it driving to and from work. It’s absolutely amazing and I love the analysis of my favorite characters from my favorite show. It’s also pretty interesting to hear about it from the POV of queer people who are older than me, and therefore had somewhat different experiences growing up queer. But a lot of things seem to still be universal. Anyways I love this and can’t wait for more. :D
