I'll admit I enjoyed it in the beginning, but OMG I'm so tired of these guys just talking about how rich they all are constantly...read the room guys. Everyone is struggling, and you guys go on and on about ur vacations, commercials, houses, parties....yikes.

Will is the ultimate mansplainer. He turns what should be a one sentence question or statement into a whole thesis.

I think all of these guys are funny and good actors, but maybe pick a conservative every once in a while to talk to. You’re eliminating more than half of the country. I get that it’s entertainment but you definitely give political opinions.

I’m not sure why it’s so popular to listen to celebrities who are pretty out of touch with the average person. Sean Hayes seems like a genuinely kind and compassionate person. Bateman and Arnett like to hear themselves speak and constantly interrupt to try to get laughs but it’s more annoying than anything. And the meanness towards Sean is just tiring and not funny. It seems this podcast is mostly made for celebrity listeners than the average person. Not much substance overall.

In a time where the world is on fire, it’s wonderful to have a podcast like this to look forward to.

Podcast is all over the place with these characters talking over one another and the continued redirect of our current political Republican nation is obnoxious and is unwelcome. If you want to voice your opinions about current President of our nation, please don’t waste time on this platform to do so. Do something constructive and make a difference. Talk is cheap.

The episode with Maria Shriver was one of the best ever. She is so Accomplished in a variety of areas and she was allowed to finish her thoughts. A few times the guest is interrupted and the subject discussed gets lost. I love the show and the 3 amigos are a hoot together. Another favorite guest was Paul Anka. Very interesting personality.

I like the podcast, especially if you’re interviewing someone I want to learn more about. But time and time again, I get so frustrated with the monologue questions that Jason asks. Edit yourself, Jason, please allow your guest to answer the question and don’t fill it in for them.

Gents- LOVE you guys but Holy Moly, please scale back the length & frequency of the ads. It's like ice water all over your interviews to pause every 8 minutes for a 4 minute ad

You lavish John Lithgow with all the praise he deserves and at the same time you perpetuate the common mistake of mispronouncing his last name. Nice research 🧐

So many shows like this, if only they realized they could have so many more listeners if they weren’t a boys club. Do you realize that you’re alienating half of your potential listeners, the female population? What about adding a great comic woman to this group of podcasters? There are so many funny women actresses and comics. We are so tired of privileged white boys clubs. We’re tired of feeling invisible and excluded.

Used to love this podcast. But Jason must think the audience is completely stupid. Please give us more credit. You are not speaking to kindergarteners. “(Boys and Girls) I am so thankful for the really really smart people who created the Covid vaccine to keep us safe”. Said in a condescending childlike voice. Your listeners are grown ups. Just say I’m glad I got the vax so it wasn’t a bad case. Obviously politically motivated (and I’m a democrat!) but that was absolute cringe. Do better

Hey Guys, You always have a great conversation. It would be great if you could have Stephen King on the show. Find those questions that have neve been asked and dive in with a master of the craft of writing.

Some shows are great - the ones where Will isn’t bullying Sean and Jason isn’t cutting off guests. Sean is the most genuine and has a sweetness about him and I would love to hear more from him. I think they need to stick to a strict format and cut out some of the banter at the beginning and then LET THEIR GUESTS speak. I think Will is just mean and not funny , at times, and hope he can figure out how to mask his unhappiness better. I do think they try and can be highly entertaining and appreciate their efforts and hope they can keep tightening it and making improvements.

…fast forward to the commercials- they’re truly HYSTERICAL! The shows great, every episode. Although Im partial to Jason - super SEXY man🙏 And what I wouldn’t DO to hear Jason voice an ad for a really UNSEXY product using what I can only imagine is JASON’S sexiest-bedroom-voice. I’d buy 10…of whatEVER.

I’ve been listening since 2020 & I just can’t handle the constant interruptions from Will & JB anymore. This used to be my fave pod and the banter used to be funny, but Will has turned into such an arrogant stroke who constantly talks over the guest and belittles Sean. JB is not far behind. Yeah yeah it’s supposed to be in fun but it’s not funny anymore. Even the jokes have gotten bad. I want to hear the GUEST. Often you can tell the guest is confused and or uncomfortable when they get interrupted.

Listening to my second podcast i thought, oh thats lego batman cool! After several more episodes i realized oh s it! That Effin Bojack! omgomgomgomgomg. Also, Lego Batman was the best batman! Thank you story tellers for the podcast

Great entertainment while driving. The banter among the hosts is entertaining alone, but gets the boost of interesting and light hearted guests. Doesn’t require intense focus like a book or more academic conversations

This is great podcast to listen to and is entertaining,funny and is a real time killer if you are trying to go to bed or on a long drive. I highly recommend this comedic podcast.

Wow. Jason Bateman just completely tanked what could have been a thought provoking and interesting interview with the lead actor of an amazing tv show. talking over (especially Sean ) and insulting everyone?? So embarrassing and felt super bad for Adam Scott who deserved much better treatment

I felt so inspired by this guest. Will was hilarious poking at the onerous Sean and Jason. Jelly totally humanized the conversation and his light showed through. I’ll be honest. I know he has a great story. He has popular songs. But I’ve never been a fan. Though I love country music and I know he super popular. I’m now much more inspired by what is he doing as a humanitarian and smart businessman. Good on you Mr Roll and the men of Smartless for bringing on this guy for an interview. I do have to say…hotel slippers are one thing but what is with the ad where Sean says he lives near “those people” who speak Spanish? Can we please pretend we’re in touch with reality? You do realize there are people from many walks of life yes? I mean you do try very hard to speak astutely I can tell.

John Goodman interview was the most painful podcast to listen too, I was actually excited when the commercials came on!

Why do famous people need to make shows interviewing other famous people? What is this dystopian world where the general population has nothing to say and will just consume anything the celebrity class produce? Are you guys just like obsessed with yourselves? Reminds me of SNL’s 50 anniversary show with an audience of only celebrities, rather than the common people who actually consume the show and keep the lights on. Tired of the narcissus class thinking we care to hear you hang w your other famous friends. I have my own friends I can hang out with who are just fine but too humble to make another stupid podcast about it.

I love your podcast! I did NOT like how you treated Adam Scott in his interview. It was as if he wasn’t even there for as much attention as you gave him. Sean continuously tried to get it back on track, but it was off the rails.

I love the show, but the constant interruptions of Adam and also teasing of Sean is over the top - the teasing is borderline bullying

I’ve replaced the episodes with Clooney,Spade and Craig several times. Laugh every time. Such a fun show.

Started off so strong. But as they got more popular it got too “talk showy”. They have pander to the guests, seem overly obsequious, especially Will. But the biggest issue for me is how mean Will is to Sean. At first it was funny banter, now it seems like bullying.

need another episode, didn’t get much from the adam scott episode I wish there were more questions about severance or about his current life - it was a cute and funny conversation but didn’t get a lot

The beginning of the show is absolutely intolerable. Not only do Jason and Will talk over Sean and Adam, the guest they talk over themselves. Sean tried to get the show started for 10 minutes.
