    Needs improvements
Title of the show should be changed based on the content of this podcast. Count the number of times you hear “I think” / “ I feel” / throw in some group think bias and add in a sprinkle of school girl laughs from the group throughout.

Lots of laughs and sharp takes
Perfect balance of nonsense and granular draft knowledge across a variety of platforms. Always enjoy the perspective and the guys not taking themselves too seriously.

    Great pod bad audio
Awesome podcast, I rarely make it though to the end cause I get sick of turning the volume up and down so my ears don’t blow out

    Always great
Insanely sharp without taking themselves too serious. Easy to listen too unlike a lot of fantasy shows. Davis’ ability to cut people off is second to none if you’re looking to be more assertive in your own life.

Best combination of analysis and comedy in the industry
Easily the most fun podcast in the Fantasy space while also adding in top tier analysis.

    Davis is awful
Davis and Gretch ruin it for me. One can’t say a sentence without laughing and the other can’t without sounding like he’s asking a question like a teenage girl. They also both think they are so much smarter than they are. I like everyone else tho

Pete and Ben have legendary upside. But Pat has never drafted a RB so he doesn’t have that.

    Great Audio Listen
Unlike other so-called “streamers,” this group is considerate of and attentive to the needs of its audio followers.

    Audio Listener
As an avid audio listener we could less Davis. His “target” list this year is more of a god’s waiting room than fantasy assets .

    For the audio listeners….
As a part time audio listener (80/20), I do like to go back to watch Ship Chasing two days after it airs live on YouTube. I wait until the audio version is up, listen to it while I fall asleep on Thursday nights, and then watch the visual version on YouTube on the big screen on Friday nights. For the longest time, I thought this was the only way to enjoy SC. I would have had no idea that Justin Tucker was singing Ave Maria as a watermark behind him straight crushing kicks. That clip always gives me pause. Finally the piss brothers did me a solid in this year of our laird 2022 and did one for the audio bros. I didn’t have to spend 2 hours of my life on a Thursday watching something that I had already listened to. I now have so much more time to spend with my wife (romantically), and my kids actually have started calling me Dad again. Thanks Ship Chasing! -Dylan

Felt like special care was taken by recent guest to cater to the audio listeners. This was much appreciated while walking my dogs (both of whom are rescue value hounds).

    Oh, to be Private Chat
Private chat is so lucky to get to hear the analysis of the sharpest minds in fantasy. Private chat is winning every contest in 2022.

    The Fantasy Podcast We Need
Are you interested in fighting against testosterone-filled draft rooms by drafting the real alpha plays? Want a host with a sometimes adversarial relationship with the chat? Do you desire clips hyping up generational players like JJ Taylor and Ronald Jones? This podcast is tailor-made for you! Let the sauce masters dive into your ear holes, bore into your brain and deliver fantasy goodness to you. This year-round podcast provides necessary fantasy content. The unique set of guests from around the industry provides diverse takes and viewpoints. One recent guest, a character of fantasy football lore by the moniker “Mathology”, recently provided deeply researched takes that you cannot find around the industry. His research is most certainly best experienced through the airwaves of this podcast. Ship Chasing is essential programming for any serious fantasy football player, and there is no better way to experience/consume it than through this podcast feed. An increasing amount of content in this space is made for YouTube, so it is refreshing to see a gallant group of true men prioritize the podcast community.

The Ship Chasers dive deep into the fantasy analysis that matters, for example teaching you how to pronounce player names correctly. Also, if you like drafting RBs this is the show for you. My testosterone spikes after every episode.

    Not useful as a podcast
Drafting is what I like best in fantasy football, and these guys do a lot of drafts. However, I find their podcasts are not useful; they draft as if everyone is watching on the YouTube channel. They go 10 or 15 minutes at a time without talking about the draft itself. They often don’t even identify who they’ve drafted and maybe summarize their roster at the very end. So my rating is based primarily on the podcast medium. I was debating between a 1 star and 2 star rating. I think sometimes Pete, Pat, or Ben will come up with something insightful (so, I gave them 2 stars), but I’ve got to listen for a while until that happens. These guys are podcasting for their own amusement, which is great, but since it’s not primarily for my benefit, I cannot rate them highly. They don’t take their drafts very seriously (again, that’s their prerogative), but it’s not good use of my time. I’ve tried to join their draft bc I think it’d be a high EV draft for me. They’ve got a frat guy vibe and come off super smug, which is also a minus.

    Good content but
Way too much loud, high pitched , forced laughter from Gretch. It’s distracting

    So Much Fun
Appt viewing for me. The show is not only insightful, but hilarious. My wife is always a bit disturbed that I’m laughing so hard at a fantasy football show. Watching this show has taken my enjoyment of fantasy football to a whole new level over the past year. Let’s chase some ships!

    Best FF Podcast Out There
I found shipchasing last year (2020) and have not been disappointed. They continue to make me belly laugh as their content is hilarious, but it also makes you a better player. Their in depth analysis is can’t miss if you want to win your league/be profitable.
  • rkalthia
    Love these guys
This podcast is so good, it got me back into season long redraft and best ball after years of ignoring season long and playing exclusively DFS.

    Best Dudes
These guys are really entertaining and make you a better player by going deep on strategy and the reasons behind every move. I was unlikely to ever draft running backs and now I never will. Thank you guys
  • Aki344
    Top tier content
Really the first ff pod that makes you a more strategic drafter but also remaining entertaining enough to listen through. All v dope ppl, y’all just need to learn how to say pause lol

    Nothing Better
Only complaint is that there isn’t a new pod every single day. Hilarious, informative and most importantly, no running backs.

    Top tier fantasy pod
Stumbled into Pete’s Twitter and gave this show a listen. Was well worth it. Great guests and a lot of humor while actually getting good analysis. Question if you guys see this, how do you feel about the hyper-fragile / hyper-Rojo strategy in redraft leagues?

    Most Entertaining Fantasy Podcast
This has to be the most entertaining podcast that focuses on fantasy sports. Ever. The guys, regardless of who is on the episode, are able to educate and formulate actionable advice while giggling and enjoying beverages. So much of the fantasy podcast world is dominated by boring, number-spewing robots who aren’t even able to articulate thoughts without “ums” and “likes” every other word—if they all listened to Ship Chasing it would be a world of help. 6/5 stars

    Good Process & Entertaining
These guys approach fantasy football very well. The preseason drafts really teach you how to draft to approach winning your fantasy league and they’re entertaining. The in-season stuff is tailored more specifically to their high stakes leagues except stat chasing. Their stat chasing pods are very good, a huge information dump. A good podcast for those addicted to fantasy football.

Preseason stuff great, in season differs from past years
Want to start off by saying this is still a great listen. Pete and pat are two of the sharpest (and funniest) people in the industry. In the past, this pod was primarily about chronicling the journey of owning high stakes teams throughout the season, and the various discussions, decisions, tilts, and celebrations that come with that. Pre-season they did a great job of that with more drafts and streams than ever before. Truly awesome and it was the most fun I’ve had listening to any FF pod. However, I would say in season it has transformed into more of a general FF pod/waiver pod with not much discussion about the actual teams. Still good, especially if you just care about listening to Pat and Pete’s FF takes, but I feel the show has strayed from its roots in season. Hopefully as their teams begin to separate themselves they go deeper into those teams’ recaps and decision making process for the week.

    Deposits are through the roof
Pat and Pete are absolutely stellar together. You come for the fantasy, but stay for the banter and humor they infuse into every episode. The only downside is that I’ve lost my mortgage due to all the deposits I’ve made on DraftKings in order to keep up with the king himself.
  • hbyanksman
    Informative and entertaining
Pat and Pete have been very entertaining and informative throughout the offseason. They give good draft tips about structural concepts in fantasy football drafts and interesting strategies in high stakes leagues. They’ve had a lot of funny moments with them and the guests and it’s always worth a listen.

    Awesome podcast
I have been a fan of Peter and Pat since fantasyland pods. I can’t say enough good things about this format. Extremely fun to listen to, extremely informative, and understanding the draft thought process is so much more helpful than rankings or projections. -@UtahEC

They break down their drafts, lineups and even how to use your FAAB, right down to the last minute on Wednesday nights. Ship Chasing gets you ready for those leagues(#FFPC) you been talking about with your buddies. Give them a listen, you won’t be disappointed.

    Top Quality Pod
The per-round FFPC mini-sodes give a great insight into the drafting process. And Pete & Pat are, obviously, sharp as hell. Info in Zero RB targets is invaluable. 5 stars, easy.
