Been listening to Fantasy podcasts for 10 years and Rob is among the best out there. In addition to being a prolific content provider, he has an obvious respect for the hobby and the people who came before him. Rob’s genuine passion for Fantasy Baseball is evidenced by the quality and frequency of his work. Regular co-hosts/guests make for enjoyable entertainment, in addition to best in class strategy and game theory, you get an unfiltered cultural buffet that will keep you rolling. These shows can literally last for hours but I still find myself wanting more; a great companion on a run or a LONG car ride. Rob’s not only a student of the game but also a teacher, he’s helped me take my game to a new level, being new to NFBC play. Great interview with Geoff “Ralph”. Lol. Geoff is second to none at what he does. And he is a great dude on top of that. Got to know him a bit a few years back. We actually went to a Hartford Yardgoats game to see Gleybar Torres. He unfortunately got promoted before the game and it became the Miguel Andujar game. Lol. He deserves all of his success as he’s one of the hardest workers and his passion for what he does is second to none. Love this podcast and love seeing another Brooklyn boy have success. Keep up the great work Rob. Thank you for what you do.

That’s pretty much all I do presently … compete in DCs. Really unique content with great guests. Lots of NFBC legends are interviewed by Rob. Rob asks great questions and has interview skills like Larry King. Definitely has application in all fantasy baseball contest formats. Not just for DC contest players.

Been listening to fantasy baseball pods for 10+ years and Rob’s is easily the best out there. The only players sharper than Rob on fantasy are the guests he brings on his show. This is the only place where you’ll consistently hear the best of the best talk shop. It’s impossible to listen to an episode and not learn something. Entertaining and enlightening. 6/5 stars if I could.

Big fan of the show and that one line from the latest show had me rolling. Keep up the great work! I am the from the same age range and I can totally relate with the references to keeping stats on paper from video games and other 80’s/90’s nostalgia.

The show is so much more than typical player evaluations, who to add/drop etc.. Rob has seasoned and successful NFBC players on the show regularly. They dive into process, prep, tools, and share stories of personal experiences playing fantasy baseball. I’ve gone back and listened to shows that I missed because so much useful info can be extracted from each discussion (and they all have some pretty funny moments too).. definitely one of my favorite fantasy baseball shows.

I’ve been meaning to write a review this whole year since Rob has really stepped up his game. If you love everything about fantasy baseball this is the pod for you. He covers strategy, player analysis, the history of the sport and the history of the person he is interviewing. That is what separates him from the masses, since he is looking at the past, present and future of this hobby. So if you enjoy everything about fantasy baseball this is your pod! What initially drew me to Rob’s podcast was his guests, be it NFBC hall of famers or esteemed fantasy baseball analysts. What keeps me listening is Rob’s passion for baseball and the fact that he’s a down to earth, genuine and all around good human being. I’ve never met Rob in person, but we’ve interacted on social media and I’ve been fortunate to be a guest on his podcast and all he does is spread positivity. He’s extremely likable and he asks thought-provoking questions in his interviews. I’ve even gone back to certain episodes and re-listened to them multiple times because they are packed with helpful advice geared to take your game to the next level. “A man becomes preeminent he’s expected to have enthusiasms.” This OUTSTANDING fantasy baseball podcast *always* starts out with an infamous scene and the above quote from the notorious movie, The Untouchables. Google: “enthusiasms the untouchables” and watch the entire scene. Here’s my take on it… but first, a preamble. I would’ve never pontificated about this scene — in such a deeply satisfying way — if not for this profoundly informative fantasy baseball podcast… which WILL make you think. I can confidently say this podcast allowed me to philosophize about something that’s genuinely important to me—enthusiasms—and thus, has undoubtedly made me smarter and more focused for it. Without further ado… - - - “A man becomes preeminent he’s expected to have enthusiasms.” This seems counterintuitive! You become the best, or one-of-the best in a particular field/topic/etc., but now, for some unknown reason, society *also* expects you to have *other* great interests and expertises. This quote has really stuck with me since I’ve started thinking about it. The more I think about it — the more I think it’s true AND crucially important to understand! But here’s the real kicker… the theorizing that blew my mind. Conversely, the inverse of that statement proves the point: A man without enthusiasms will never become preeminent.

This is my go to podcast for fantasy baseball. Always look for it every week of the season and every week of the off season. Rob is a great interviewer who balances pertinent information with entertainment. He regularly has outstanding guests who provide immensely valuable information. Just a joy to listen to every time.

For some reason I have a hard time hearing Rob but can hear his guests fine. Otherwise, the pod is amazing and packed full of great information. Will revise the rating if the mic issue gets fixed.

Rob’s list of guest hosts this off-season has been an unbelievable Who’s Who of fantasy baseball analysts. I love the format and being able to hear about how each of the analysts got started in fantasy baseball is really interesting. I feel like every episode is like a tutorial to help me do better as I move my fantasy baseball focus more to the NFBC. Great insight and info for every fantasy baseball player.

I recently found Rob D’s Pullhitter podcast and have really enjoyed the show. What’s great about the show is the deep content of player knowledge from good guests that know what they’re talking about. There’s a nice vibe of wanting to help the listener with positive encouragement and Rob the host is cool and knowledgeable and likes to help and encourage everyone to improve and have a good time.

I am admittedly late to the party on this pod but i picked up at episode 37 based on an awesome guest list and it is must listen from now on. Incredible collection of guests and great insights into high profile leagues from some of the worlds best players including host Rob himself. Love the Untouchables intro and Rob’s Jersey charm! 5 stars!

This is the podcast I’ve been looking for since I started playing draft and hold leagues in 2016 or so. The talk about how to play the game as well as players to target is immensely helpful. Before this podcast, I always had to pull nuggets together from other sources. Keep up the great work, Rob! Congratulations on all of your success.

What a fantastic find. Getting into a lot of 50 rounds drafts this year, so I really appreciate the depth of analysis and player evaluation that you get here. Guests are always top of the line and Rob is as great a host as he’s proven to be a player.

Started listening recently and Rob is a great hosts who lines up a great variety of guests. Great for getting hints on players to draft but it is more about refining your skills as a fantasy baseball player from a successful but humble guy like Rob.
