Very moths ting and insightful. I think people though don’t realize how they make themselves look unintelligent when they use the foul language in an interview as if they cannot articulate themselves otherwise. Just saying…it takes away from the quality of the interview

I love listening to James Swanwick Podcast. I listen to it while I am at the gym or during my morning walks. Keep up the great work.

This podcast has been my No. 1 resource on my sobriety journey. It’s just excellent. I will be 9 months free from the prison of drinking 3-5 glasses of wine every night on March 4! Highly recommend the alcohol free lifestyle- pun intended!

Victoria might be a good coach but she’s not a natural podcast host and it’s gotten hard to listen to. Also both James and Victoria should learn how to pronounce and generally learn more about scientific terms they throw in occasionally.

I appreciate this podcast and find it very valuable. I do have a soft request though. Granted I have only listened to about a dozen of the episodes, but from what I’ve heard, it seems to really highlight individuals who are business people, entrepreneurs, in marketing, are big money social media influencers, etc. with all the concomitant references to profit margins and loss/gain of wealth, etc. (This of course makes sense due to the host’s background and inhabited world.) However translatable these experiences may be, it would be helpful to make an effort to include interviews with non-business type folks from time to time- those with other kinds of backgrounds & references (e.g., artists [not famous], educators, nurses, grocery clerks, service workers, social workers, regular whatever-elses, etc.). All of us want to live to our fullest potential, but people have different kinds of potential and goals so references to money, fame, recognition, athletic excellence, entrepreneurial hyper-success, etc., can be a little off-putting. I understand no podcast can be expected to be everything to everyone and I do appreciate very much what this one does—- just a thought/suggestion…

AFL is absolutely questionably a great alternative for those that want to quit alcohol. It’s the real deal. But you’ve got to put the work in, and participate. There’s no magic pill. There explanation of the science of addiction, & human behavior. The added addition of being part of a high achieving like-minded people is absolutely fabulous. I was a skeptic, but it’s been a life changer toward living my best life😁

RE: November 13, 2023 episode - With respect to all of the creative team working on this podcast, I have some feedback to share about one speaker. Let me preface that I am 30 days alcohol-free and fit the demographic of the working, middle-aged woman with a family. Listened in to learn about hormones and alcohol as that is what was advertised in the podcast title. To the gentleman who spoke so harshly about how easy it is for pregnant women to suddenly quit drinking, you are mistaken. Respectfully, I don’t think it’s realistic to assume how easy or hard it is for anyone else, regardless of gender, to make the decision to live alcohol-free. Raising your voice and repeating, “Grow up! Grow up!” was off-putting and made me feel the need to warn listeners who stopped in just to learn about alcohol and hormones. Many, many individuals work in careers that don’t end at 5PM. Work is baked in to their waking hours and weekends. Alcohol is used often as a twisted form of self-care while performing work tasks “after hours” while keeping the home, preparing meals, and spending time with family. My first and only impression of this podcast is that this gentleman has the privilege of incorrectly generalizing the lifestyles and motivators of an entire demographic of women.

You guys actually believe and promote karma as if it’s mainstream. Not many Buddhists in America. But no doubt that folks lives improve if they don’t drink excessively.

I’ve enjoyed listening to all of the different reasons why alcohol may not be serving us, and enjoy the show. I do find some odd focus by the creators on enrolling high income earning individuals, or entrepreneurs, in their paid program which comes across a bit self serving. I’m not sure I understand, what appears to be a rift between the content creators and groups like AA. I think it’s great to have another resource on the stop drinking journey.

I am enrolled in the Project 90 program and it’s awesome. James, Victoria and Sarah are very knowledgeable and committed and have structured a program that is truly unique. My life just keeps getting better and better!

At this point I am a graduate of Project 90 program and I am living the life of my dreams. Let me start going straight to the point - if you feel like alcohol messes with your life - look no further but give a chance to Project 90 to take care of it. I started my alcohol free lifestyle journey by finding and listening to this podcast. That’s when I saw a light in a dark tunnel and found hope. The information here is based on science, life facts and inspirational powerful real life stories. I was deeply addicted to alcohol and thought that’s my destiny to die. I tried almost everything I could to stop on my own yet to fail. Every person interviewed here is telling you a real experience, now I know because I live through it. I am blessed and lucky to find this podcast since it was first step to the biggest change of my life. James and all the coaches of his programs are truly angels that are on the mission to spread the healing and love, and that’s what every human should experience from nature no matter what their life test is.

For anyone looking for a program to help you become alcohol free…. This is it!! I have been through multiple rehabs and in and out of the rooms of AA in the past, all to no avail. This program is something different and innovative. The program is full of intelligent, successful, adult professionals that all have the same issues!

Great content focused on positivity and health in convenient lengths. The interviews are great. Highly recommended.

James and Victoria teach you how to look differently at alcohol abuse. What I love most is you are empowered to be alcohol free, there is no shame or belief that there is something wrong with you.

Be very careful. This company president on people, does not provide what they promise. Their program is a total waste of money and would never recommend it to anyone trying to quit drinking.

Just recently stumbled across this podcast. Great content and I love that it’s not 100% alcohol based, meaning there’s lots of guests that cover other life topics. Definitely worth spreading awareness. I have many more episodes to listen to but love what I’m hearing so far. Looking forward to taking the challenge, even though I recently stopped drinking on my own.

I was able to cut out alcohol just listening to this podcast and listening to the great advice and inspiration James shares. I am so grateful. All the episodes are helpful. They also include other life improvement tips. Give this a try!

I am about 5 episodes in and I am hooked on this podcast. I’m completely blown away on how his words resonate with me. The podcast has definitely ignited a change in my lifestyle. As someone who isn’t particularly fond of AA, this particular podcast really applies! Looking forward to signing up for the No Alcohol Challenge shortly !

This guy may be helpful but he makes me cringe.

I was already 20 days into sobriety upon discovering this podcast. I love how James offers advice for various scenarious to be a non-drinker in a 'heavily encouraged to drink' society. The tips for being confident about not having a drink and not treating it like you are missing out on something has been especially helpful for me. Thank you for helping those of us trying and finding difficulty in taking the road less traveled!

Alcohol seems to lie to me and tell me that it’s going to take away my fears, and in doing so I can move forward and prosper. But in the morning it spits me out and I feel like garbage and I can see that I fell into the trap again. James explains the negative effects of alcohol and he understands it’s pull and he logically walks you out of it. It helps listening to somebody who knows my struggle.

James and his guests, which range from clients to experienced coaches, offer valuable input and real life experiences for the audience to absorb. Highly recommend.

This is a great podcast to encourage you and to show you that there is a healthy and happy way to being alcohol free. Like many things in life, one thing won’t solve all your problems. But the interviews gave me insight and hope that there are many ways to enjoy a fulfilling life. If you’re having trouble with drinking or just being content with things, I would highly recommend this podcast.
