    So much to learn!
It’s obvious Aydin puts extraordinary effort into every single episode of Supermanagers. But what makes this show a true standout is the quality of the guests, stories, and tactics. Aydin finds speakers that truly care about being a positive force in the leadership space, and shares insights that only a true practitioner can unearth. Don't miss it!

Great insight on how to effectively motivate and manage your team. Understanding that “my motivation” may not be “your motivation“ is the key. I highly recommend that all managers at every level take a listen.

    Supremely professional and hugely helpful!
Managerial and leadership roles can be daunting. Guidance is often frustratingly vague and nebulous. This podcast does an incredible job of distilling wisdom into something you can learn from and put to practice. Not many podcasts have the ability to make a difference to your career, and perhaps even your life. This one does. Superb!

    Only positive takeaways
Whether you are just starting a leadership role or have been in one for several years this podcast is for you. You'll either learn something new that you can take and apply to your career or be refreshed on positive leadership traits that you might have been neglecting.
