    Listen with caution…
Meghan Murphy is convinced that she is a deep thinker with original takes, and while she was out front on the gender nonsense, she has gone down the same reactionary, right leaning path as most people looking to make a living from independent media. The result is an often incoherent bunch of blather and boasting as opposed to analysis. She’s a likable host but at this point that’s about it. Her content is 100% predictable and you will find similar nonsensical takes on many Rogen-ish podcasts. Listen to her recent episode on raw milk as it illustrates her descent into reactionary, muddled thinking perfectly.

    Unchallenged conspiracy nonsense
Shrouded in open-mindedness, but the same intellectual laziness you see everywhere. She lets whoever come onto the show to discuss whatever, and never asks for data, proof, evidence. Nothing. Just superficial chatting. Same as the extreme right and left everywhere. Not sure if she started this way or got lazy over time but skip this if you’re interested in critical thinking and reason.

    Excellent and Important
Meghan is a great thinker and excellent listener who lets her guests complete their thoughts. She asks the questions I’m thinking and comes up with the ones I hadn’t thought of. She’s spontaneous and funny, decent and courageous. (Read up on some of her accomplishments or follow her on Twitter for a taste of her fearlessness in a cancel-culture world to which she is no stranger.) She’s truly without pretense. And I don’t know how she does it, but her topics are current or ahead of key issues, and her guests are never surrogates; they are typically the person or expert in the eye of every critical issue, which never ceases to impress me. I love both of her podcasts so much. I find them interesting, entertaining, and always worth my time. I am definitely broader and wiser in perspective because of her. You rock, Meghan! Thank you for these conversations.

    Self-important and insufferable
No denying she’s smart, but she’s also smug and self important, and seems unwilling to open herself up to any view other than hers on any issue. Her shows stopped being interesting awhile back.

    So glad I discovered
Meghan is whip smart and fearless. I could listen to this podcast all day. From speaking the truth an thinking critically about Israel and its right to defend itself, all woke ideologies, and her overall perspective on humanity, I can’t get enough of this podcast. Thank you for your courage. Never back down.

Meghan has been an original member of the TRUTH squad. She was calling out preposterous transgenderism before it was cool. No men in women’s spaces 😠 Keep up pointing out the absurdity of sex change.

Being trans is NOT a TREND
God I’m so tired of her being a real “feminist” and acting like trans people are just confused little girls who need her help. It’s absolutely SICKENING to see the way she constantly belittles trans men and women and their experiences. Especially teenagers, she acts like they are stupid and know absolutely nothing about their gender and can’t possibly be trans. Very TERF-y vibes. Oh wait sorry, TERF is a slur, right? 🤣🤣

    Meghan is THE GOAT
And someday I hope she gets the full recognition she deserves for being an early voice.

Like a cool shower on a sticky day
I just listened to Katie Herzog's interview with Meghan on Blocked & Reported. It was the mental equivalent of taking a cool, delicious shower on a sticky, disgusting day. This just in from Webster (if only) Transphobia: fear of the trans mob.

    Ya know
I can barely listen to her because she constantly says 'ya know' when she's speaking. It's a bad habit and very annoying.

    Right-wing dribble
Just people defending racists under the guise of standing up to cancel culture.

I like the whole getup: brains, words, voice, face, personality.

    Meghan is the real deal
Great podcast. Interesting discussions to add to your diet of ideas. Megan Murphy brings a unique perspective to the new culture wars and has things to say that are surprising and thought provoking. One hopes that those who need to think about them the most will not overlook this podcast.

    Thank you!
Thank you both for offering a rational critique of the trendy ideology that has taken over academia and corporate culture. Your humor and encouragement to speak up and push back is just the encouragement that we need to think for ourselves and protect women’s human rights from those who work to divide us into victims and abusers. Instead, you two offer the perspective of happy warriors who spread the message that women exist and human rights like free speech matter. Thank you for your candor and your courage.

A great mix of political and personal
Meghan and Laura bring healthy, thoughtful skepticism to received political wisdom. They are funny and irreverent and hash matters out with a mix of seriousness and mischief. It’s also certainly worth subscribing to the Patreon sessions for more personal exchanges.

    Highly recommend
The Same Drugs with Meghan Murphy is fantastic. Both Murphy and her producer Laura Mcnally are eloquent, knowledgeable, and speak honestly about their feelings on various social issues. Meghan is a terrific writer and public speaker. Her work with Feminist Current and as a freelance journalist is also highly recommended. Unlike other podcasts that discuss these types of issues Murphy and Mcnally are not averse to laughter and levity in their discussions. There are also great one on one interviews that Meghan does with a variety of guests that are interesting and diverse. Definitely worth listening and supporting.

Critical Thinking is alive and well, thank goodness!
I found this podcast because I initially listened to an interview that Laura McNally did on Mark Groves podcast about why men follow Instagram models. I’ve listened to 5+ episodes in the last week and have loved them all. I’ve mostly listened to episodes with Meghan and Laura, the ones about the Karen wars being some of my favorite, along with Wokefishing and Free Britney. I love the way in which Meghan and Laura converse in a very real but intelligent way, I love that they don’t tip-toe around politically correct/virtue signaling nonsense that has made so many people too afraid to even speak their minds. I love the cursing, I find it so refreshing because it feels so much more authentic. I also really enjoyed the guest she had for the 2+2=4 episode and the conversation that they had. This is my new favorite podcast, by a landslide!

    Hexed the moon?
Geese....I’ve been a witch since the ‘80s. Haven’t heard that much horse poop since trump’s last rose garden rant. It’s sad to me that these young people are just getting started in Craft and are already so lost. Glad I don’t do social media. Happy belated Lammas to all! Blessed be.
