GoodGood SoulNot fond of how she always cuts him offI'm growing tired of Lucy always cutting Saul off when he's trying to talk. He is so accommodating to her. She should let him talk and take a freaking breath! Geeeze! This is not a competition! Have some respect for the guy!

Kurt in NWCTOne of the Best Gardening Podcasts!Lucy and Saul feel like a pair of gardening friends who I haven’t met yet. They discuss the fascinating jobs and projects going on in the estate gardens they head. We also get a peek into Saul’s increasing mastery of exotic gardening at home and Lucy’s irrepressible zeal for home-grown vegetables and tomatoes! I love to listen to the podcast while I’m out in my own garden. (In Connecticut!) It keeps me company and reminds me that my hobby would make one heck of a hard job! It all makes me love gardening more. Thank you both for sharing a little piece of your gardening lives and a lot of useful wisdom.

Dr. JoyMamaTravel to another place with knowledgeable, enthusiastic guidesI live in Minnesota US, where the famous native son Prince warned gardeners, “sometimes it snows in April.” We snowshoe in February instead of seeing snowdrops. Hearing about professional estate gardens helps me travel to another place and imagine other lives and human tended landscapes. I listen to visit with my ears and soothe my nerves. A friend in lonely times.

OldtgolfNearly perfectThis podcast is informative and topical if you are a plant nerd or just want to learn all about horticulture. Probably best suited toward those who have a starting base of knowledge. The two hosts are charming and incredibly knowledgeable. Tiny complaints would be her overuse of the word 'massive' and his overuse of the word 'classic', plus a few examples of dubious grammar.Let more importantly, they are personable and very generous sharing their abundant knowledge. It would be lovely if their introduction and closing of the podcast were more concise, or if I were perhaps inclined to take off my gardening gloves and skip those bits. This is a winner for gardeners.
