Kris10TPDS is a life changerI found PDS a year ago, got the lifetime membership and all I can say is I wish I found Thais and PDS a decade ago. Life is full of challenges but PDS can show you how to best navigate it. Grateful for you Thais and I hope your work becomes mainstream and something students learn in school. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️

Flour tortillaFix the sound qualityLove this pod cast but the last few episodes have had the worst sound quality! The ads are crystal clear but the content sounds spotty.. like a call with really bad reception. Please make sure these issues are addressed before you publish an episode so fans can continue to enjoy the show🥰

GenX907Helpful advice with one flawThe advice in this podcast is very helpful and a benefit to those wanting to learn about attachment styles and relationships. The only flaw would be the ads within the show. The ads are just carelessly thrown into the show mid-sentence without any warning. It is very jarring and distracting and takes away from the great advice given. If this were fixed, it would be a huge benefit to the podcast.

RealpattAdvertisementExcessive advertisements - between little content. Would not recommend.

Jlm2zUseful Tools! It’s so rare to feel so seen after listening to an episode. After listening to the “Do This” if you’re anxiously attached after a breakup, I had concrete tools to help myself work through the negative self talk and soothing I sought from my former partner. Highly recommend listening if these topics are relevant to you- Thais breaks topics down extremely well and you will see the big picture and how it relates to you. Thank you!

Lucy M.PGreat listenThais has so many great insights when it comes to each attachment style and how to work with your attachment style to develop a secure relationship. Definitely worth a listen if you’re learning about attachment styles or want to develop practical skills to have a healthy relationship.

mmmooonnnnyyuuSo thankful I came across your FB page & podcast, it has literally changed my lifeI just listened to your monkey branching episode & realized that my 44 yr old husband of 12 years monkey branched. He started an emotional affair with a 25 yr old coworker that he knew for 3 months, and said he had so much in common with. A week & a half after she told him that she had a crush on him, he came & told me about it. We tried to work on our marriage, & made it one month, before I realized that he was actually just convincing himself that we’d be happier single or with other people (e.g. him being with her). He’d say things like “We aren’t compatible”, “You’d probably be better off with someone else”, “Nothing I do makes you happy”. At the end of that month I asked him if he even wanted to be with me, or saw hope for us, and he said “I dunno.” That’s when I decided to call the divorce. Not even a few days after that, he was reaching out to her & they were messaging each other, all day/every day. They’re already making future plans to be together after the divorce is finalized. I’d never heard of attachment theory before I made the decision to divorce him. Then all of a sudden your videos would pop up on Facebook. Listening to your podcasts & watching your videos have helped me so much & given me so much clarity. It’s through them that I realized my husband is a Dismissive Avoidant, & that my previous relationships were also the same attachment. Everything you’ve said is so spot on to what my husband was doing throughout our whole relationship/marriage. I am now doing the work to heal the core wounds within myself. I lost so much of who I am in this marriage that I’m going to take the next year to focus on healing my core wounds. When I’m ready to date again I only want to be attracted to securely attached men.

carmencita120Lots of marketingThe podcast has some great information, but it’s really just her marketing her program her courses and her school. Not really much in the way of how to actually heal.
-
JillyBeannieAmazingThais has helped me SO much get through and understand avoidant dynamics. Her intelligence and insightfulness are unmatched on this topic. So grateful for the work you’ve done and the information you’ve shared. Thank you ❤️

Forbes93Best healing podcastThank you & Mike for your work. It’s so powerful to listen to these topics as a recovering FA growing up in a chaotic family environment and choosing DA partners in my intimate relationships as an adult …. Listening to these dynamics and gaining insightful wisdom to help is invaluable! I’m so grateful and truly LOVE this podcast!!

Lucy the DocumentarianBuckle up…I love the content of this show, but if you’re about to press play, buckle your seatbelt. I have never met anyone who speaks as lightning fast as Thais. Listening is a piece of work, it takes both hands: one to pause after every sentence and another to jot down bulletpoints so you can process them at a more normal pace later. The whole experience is not the 7-10 minutes of the episode, but more like 30-45 having to pause and go back and listen to what you missed. A longer one once took me 3 hours to get though and, while it was life changing for my relationship, I think it gave me ptsd to return to listen to anything else. I do not have listening or learning disabilities, but could certainly cannot recommend this to anyone who does. I wish they would release transcripts or hire someone else to do the podcasts, the other guy is obviously not a pro either. It’s really such a shame!

Jewel HohmanSo helpful!Thais is credible and a great host. She makes her information relatable and easy to understand!
-
taketwiceGreat InfoI love the information and it’s so valuable! She just talks really fast and it’s hard to catch all the details. Even listening at .75 speed I have to re-listen sometimes because I can’t catch all the words. But overall, really, really great information. Just wish she would slow down a little 🙂

Review 12024Interrupting discussionsFound your podcast, great so far, however, it distracting when you constantly interrupt your guests with filler exclamations of “wow, that is great, I loved that” or do not allow your guest to finish their thought or explanation. Example podcast was when you interviewed Dr. Joe Dispenza. Your interruptions was distracting.

CFreddoWow!Thais is such a great host and I love the way she communicates with her guest. Her episode on panic attacks was so enlightening and I really took her strategies to heart. Myself as well as my daughter have suffered from panic attacks and I enjoyed the neurological response behind why it happens and how to help.

TappATLI feel seenI’m a 45 year old man and I’ve recently found out all about attachment theory and once I heard Thais talk about Fearful Avoidants I felt like she was reading a biography on my romantic relationships. I can’t wait to dive in!

kleiter30Excellent resource for relationshipsWhat an incredible podcast. Being a therapist this information is not only credible, laid out in a easy to digest fashion but a tool that I pass on to family, friends and clients. I really appreciate the quick and short podcasts that are not sugar coated with inspo but real practical tools, science, facts and navigation through difficult experiences. Thais is to the point and lays out digestible information for any one to learn. 10/10 recommend as well as her online courses!

nic123/Personal development school is liiiiife changingSo grateful I stumbled across her YouTube videos, podcasts, and the PDS courses. I became a member and it’s been life changing. The way Thais communicates and educates is in such a grounded relatable way. I have been apart of a lot of personal development groups, and this one is by far the best and most helpful. So grateful for the work she puts into helping people heal ♥️
