The wealth of knowledge between the two house is incredible. I particularly like how they are up to date on cutting edge techniques, but also provide personal perspectives on each topic. I will soon embark on the RunForm journey and can’t wait to see the results.

It’s awesome to hear all these different insights and experiences in such a positive and engaging way. Great way to learn and stay motivated!

I really loved the part about the 3 positives and 3 negatives journaling technique for self improvement! Matt is a great trainer and one of the best men I know! He’s been one of the biggest role models in my life and has helped me to grow through out the years not only as an athlete but as a man as well! They are both vulnerable and honest In their commentary from personal experience. As a listener that authenticity keeps me tuning in. Matt’s knowledge and curiosity allow him to hone in on guests and topics that keep me intrigued. I always learn something from every episode and at least question if my methods of healthy living still serve a purpose. Just that incremental awareness had made me better! I love how you guys went into depth about each of the categories, making sure the listener understands that each category is totally dependent on how each person is feeling every day and how to focus on the categories effectiveness and not on intensity or successful-ness. I can see how getting an athlete to do this will help them learn how to understand there body and there needs better (which is something I really wish I understood a lot more when I was training in high school). Overall I thought it was awesome! And very adaptable to different parts of life.
