I came across this podcast on a another podcast which Dr Thema was guest. My unofficial therapist is what I call her. I appreciate the expertise and encouragement. Her delivery is so calming to my nervous system. The positivity she brings into my space is highly appreciated. I’m grateful you’ve taken this journey to share all good things with someone like me. I wasn’t aware I needed this for my soul, although I’m very thankful to receive this gift. Thank you!!!

I really have to say Dr.Thema’s podcast and book really save my life especially during my healing journey. It helpe me not only elevate my thoughts and see things from different perspectives, but also allow me to take time to reflect on myself. I been searching home for so long but i truly realized the home is actually in the present and within myself and how I can also create a home for myself as well. The book and podcast speak to my heart and I will forever grateful for this ongoing learning journey with Dr. Thema.

I am on a self-help/ growth journey so I decided to checkout this podcast. 10/10 recommend. Dr. Bryant is very helpful and offers a lot of insight that I have also had in previous therapy. Although Dr. Thema reiterates that this podcast is not a replacement for therapy, I get more out of this podcasts than from some counseling sessions. It is truly mind and soul opening, because Dr. Thema asks the questions and proposed the exact situations that cause a person to think more deeply about things and in turn brings them back to the core of the issue. I have a panic disorder, and this is one of the podcasts that can help me break a panic attack.

I can not say enough good things about this podcast. The phrase “life changing” is sometimes overused but this podcast really has been life changing. I started with episode 1 in 2020. The first few episodes definitely build a foundation for the future episodes. I take notes! I use my time in between episodes to really evaluate what’s been said. Highly recommend.
