    Too much self promotion
    Started listening to the podcast and at first I enjoyed it. I noticed they would self promote themselves for a program they have- okay cool that was 1-2 episodes and then I realized it’s a reoccurring thing and whenever they talk about a subject they bring it back into what they’re selling. Felt like a really pushy time sales team Moved on to better

    Nice couple, and smart idea to promote their training business. Short episodes don’t allow time to give depth to any topic especially when surrounded by 3-5 minutes of fluff. Basically it’s the same 10-15 health tips recycled every few episodes and rebranded weekly with a different clickbait title

    I have listened to many different fitness podcasts over the past couple of years, but I always come back to Josh and Kyle’s podcast! Everything you have ever wanted to know about fitness has been covered! What’s even better is that these guys practice what they preach and they genuinely want to help people and see them succeed!

    These guys provide excellent information, recommendations, and guidance with a positive attitude. Listening has helped me to keep my focus in the right place and stay after it. I especially appreciate that they are normal guys who don’t go off the deep end with recommendations that are over the top, but practical and sustainable.

    The 2 things I never hear mentioned are time out to volunteer (for something that doesn’t build your business) and compromise with a significant other. I think these are also components of a good life.

    Genuinely love this podcast so much. It’s always inspiring and motivating to hear when I need it the most. Their energy is always up and happy and it really tranfers over to you as you listen.     I just stumbled on this podcast and am really enjoying it.. I especially love that the information is clear and concise.. not a lot of fluff and non-sense talk (like another podcast that i was following usually 1.5-2hrs long).. I just want the meat & potatoes, straight to the point information.. I don’t have any social media so I’m only following on Apple Store but I appreciate you guys..

    I listen to this podcast first thing in the morning on my way to and from the gym every Monday and Thursday. Definitely helps get me pumped for another week of striving to be fit, healthy, and most of all happy ! Their content is always useful and practical and the episodes are entertaining.     I have been listening to this podcast for about a year so this review is way late but this is a golden podcast! Love starting my week by listening to motivation Monday- I actually listen to it during my first workout of the week as an extra push and it helps me get my mindset right for the whole week! These guys share such helpful tips that are easy to implement!

    Found these guys while scrolling for a health podcast. They have really changed my life. Kyle and Josh are down to earth guys that just want to help you live your best life! I started listening 2 weeks ago and because of my job I have plenty of time to listen, which has allowed me to binge listen from ep 1 to ep 174!! Will not be disappointed on giving these guys a listen to help you along on your fitness journey. I’m now a client of their online coaching and I am down 13 pounds and feeling great. Doing gods work Josh and KG!! Keep it up

    Great podcast. Love the short episodes vs the ones that ramble on for hours. Their tips have helped me lose nearly 100 pounds and given me the information to lean out and build muscle. Josh & Kyle even took the time to reach out to me on IG.

    Genuine and realistic
    I don’t remember how I found this podcast a few weeks ago, but I scrolled all the way down and started listening to the episodes in order. As a physician, I greatly appreciate the guys’ giving practical, evidence-based recommendations rather than the all-too-common anecdotal/fad suggestions oftentimes found on social media. It’s easy to tell that Josh and Kyle genuinely hope that, through their work, others will succeed. I applied to train with them, but didn’t sign up once I was approved/accepted just because my husband and I all of a sudden were in the midst of spending thousands on an adoption that (due to unique circumstances) had unexpected above-average costs involved. I didn’t initially reply to the messages I got from Kyle after I applied because I thought the messages were automated/bot messages, but to my surprise he had actually replied *himself*! How amazing is that! Once we boost our savings back up, I plan revisit the idea of their coaching program. Meanwhile, I’ll keep listening to the podcast. I enjoy listening while working out at the gym or while getting some steps in.

    I’m a 3rd year health and exercise major, and any extra information is wonderful. This podcast shares all the needed/wanted tips and topics for living a fit, healthy and happy life! I listen to them all day at work and during my free time, and they leave you wanting more at the end of each episode. Currently on episode 122, and am so excited to see what’s in store of the rest of the show!

    Josh and Kyle are great guys, and keep their show light and humorous. They are serious about health and fitness, and I’m very happy I started listening to their podcast because it pushed me to get into working out, and tracking what I eat.     I started listening to this podcast late last year and decided to go back and start from the beginning. Josh and Kyle (KG) are like my gym buddies who are always down to talk about fitness. As a woman, I really wanted something that made me feel included and Josh and Kyle do a great job balancing this in their podcast. I recommend giving them a listen. And now that I’m working with them for online coaching, I recommend that, too! Thanks for the great, sometimes bro-y, but always insightful content!

    I’ve been listening for almost two months and binge the podcast almost every night. They give honest science based information that they have personally challenged and researched. Family friendly which is a big plus compared to a lot of other podcasts. Great general knowledge that everyone should apply to their lives

    The help I needed for PTSD episodes
    As a female veteran, I never went to war but I have complex PTSD that has left me totally disabled since I was 44. So I’ve discovered that fitness is the way to help me cope but I’m continually derailed when I have an “episode” and I’m incredibly hard on myself and I completely give up on all the work I’ve put in due to a bad week (or however long an episode may last.) So I was searching for a podcast that would be positive, but not too technical and most of all something that I could listen to the very first thing in the morning and I found Colossus Fit! I’ve recommended it to everyone I know and even advised my counselor at the VA to encourage other veterans to listen to it as well. The podcast has helped me stay consistent and that habit has eluded me most of my fitness journey. I’m looking forward to better and brighter days ahead and all the knowledge these guys drop on a daily basis!

    I've been a consistent listener for the last 6 months and can't stress enough how motivating this podcast is! Josh and Kyle are constant adding value, not just with their workout tips but their insight on great books to read, high-protein snacks (the Quest peanut butter cups have become a staple in my house), and even on how you can stay motivated when you're managing difficult periods in life. I listen to the show daily, often replaying episodes, and find that it's great for working out or when going on walks. I highly (HIGHLY) recommend 🤙🏾

    I recently listened to episode 462. It’s exactly what I needed to hear as I am currently in a cutting phase but have gotten so overwhelmed with how much food has played tricks on me! I find myself reaching for snacks all the time as it just feels habitual. It was nice listening to this episode to know I’m not alone and am not the only one who struggles with over eating. Listening to you folks has helped me become more cognizant and aware of my habits. I am trying to look for foods that satisfy me, have more volume but are less calorie dense. It is a skill I believe and it takes practice but thank you for sharing! Love, Pi’ikea

    Monday Motivation
    I started listening to these guys about a year ago and I always looked forward to motivation Monday and the different fitness tips throughout the week. I think these guys are very smart, good at what they do, and and inspire others to be their best selves. However, the more I listen it seems like I’m getting a weekly dose of a grind-set gym coach who is out of touch with the reality of the average person. If your lifestyle is one where you can work from home, and have flexible hours, then you may find this pod easier to listen to. Nothing wrong with anyone who has that type of lifestyle. For someone like me who works in a factory for 10-12 hours a day I feel like I’m not the target audience. The icing on the cake was quoting one of the richest guys on earth that the world is not driven by greed, but by envy. It was the most deflating motivation Monday quote, and I decided it was time to drop this pod from my library.

    Josh and KG bring everything you need to succeed in fitness and health. Solid informational pod that provides excellent advice on nutrition and fitness. Motivation Monday’s and the quotes that will get you ready to tackle the week. Information on Thursday’s to keep you on track on your fitness journey. These guys opened my eyes to tracking my macros and that alone has been key to my success. Down over 20lbs in less than 3 months since listening to the pod. Doesn’t matter if your new to fitness or been lifting for 20 years such as myself. Give them a listen I guarantee you will learn something that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.

    Having some well rounded, intelligent and entertaining guys to listen to while pushing yourself at the gym and learning how to keep yourself healthy and fit everyday is seriously priceless. If you need something new to listen to that is informative and applicable to your everyday life, these are your guys!

    I have been listening to these guys for about a month now. Unfortunately I am not in the right financials to hire them as much as I would love to! However, with that being said I have been able to lose weigh and gain muscle on top of feeling more energetic and less stressed after listening and taking their advice! I have even shared episodes with like minded friends! I love these guys. Kyle and kg in the house thank you all so much for this amazing content and once I am able to I will be re trying to hire either of you for online coaching!
