This is the best podcast to taste stories of all types. Each episode is beautifully produced with some of the nation’s best tellers. It’s a must listen for story lovers of all ages.

I absolutely love the show missing it dreadfully! And now you are back and I am really happy! I always worry you won’t continue. Stories that are so well told by many incredible story tellers are vital to my wellbeing as an elder!

The Apple Seed is my family’s favorite podcast hands down. We just found it a few months ago and we have thoroughly enjoyed every episode. Our favorites are Antonio Sacre and Donald Davis. Thanks so much for introducing us to new storytellers.

This is the best of podcast ever I gave up all my other podcasts to listen to this every day I wish everyone knew about it. It’s definitely a I want more and a must listen!

Sam you have a STELLAR show that’s why I was quite surprised when during Ernie’s death and Big Birds beautiful sensitive age appropriate discussion when you mentioned “a baby” was born. What an insult that must have been to Buffy St Marie longtime cast member whose son Cody was that baby! You made NO mention of her as an indigenous cast member who went on to break another award winning segment of her Breast feeding Cody on Sesame Street and Big Birds conversations with Buffy about why she was breast feeding Cody. All the words in the title of this review describes The Apple Seed! It’s that amazing, it’s amazing that I could listen and know it will be funny but clean.

I found this podcast a few weeks ago. The stories never fail to make me laugh. I share them with my grown children and with my grandchildren. They beg to hear them over and over again. Wonderful work!

I live this program. I’ve been following this program for a few years now and live the stories they tell. I especially enjoy how they make me think of events in my own life. Thank you.

This is my favorite podcast ever and almost the only one that I listen to. The best thing ever.

I listen to a lot of fairy tale apps and most of them are great. The problem is, the old stories are so insensitive to certain things like race, class, gender, that they are not appropriate for the molding of young minds. This app is a lot more appropriate for kids of all ages as well as adults. If there is a discrepancy, a discussion is held to clarify when the stories were created and why certain aspects must be seen as historic. As far as THE HEABER CREEPER? There is one main reason why I knew immediately it wasn’t a true story. I am fine with several people in my life time who have had accidents in their pants. There is no way you wouldn’t notice this as it is very very smelly!!! And honestly, when someone has diarrhoea is usually a medical issue going on and smells even worse! I was the price no one else thought of this… I absolutely love this podcast! Thank you for all your great efforts to entertain and enlighten.

This is an amazing podcast. It is so entertaining and fun to listen to.

These stories keep everyone entertained and happy in the car, from the toddler, the kids, teens, mom, dad and grandparents. The music is so fun, the voices, the clever new stories and old classics. Loved by my Montessori preschool kids too for story time.

Sam is a performer himself, and you can tell by the way he hosts the show. He is a great host. The engineering of the show is also done really well, I love all the music throughout the episode. It is a very family friendly program. It’s nice to have hours worth of pure story, without any ads throughout, too.
