shockersfanReal loserGottlieb is a loser, this is a terrible podcast. Stay away from this radioactive gas. He has no clue about basketball and is stealing money from university of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Have a some common sense Gottlieb and give back the money to the university, you are a thief. You stole someone’s credit card and used it to make purchases. How pathetic of lowlife are you that you continue to steal more money?
-
hjpatcMemoriesI’m just repeating my previous comment with the additional comment- “more please!” Awesome look back and lessons learned about personal and professional growth thru basketball. As a forty plus year career sports industry “veteran”, it’s great to hear true stories about life experiences gained thru the game of basketball.
-
caesaeeLappasGrowing up in that big East era and being a fan to hear coach lappas talk about his journey within the journey was unique and interesting great conversation and insight ….. good job love the pod …… I would love to hear sheeds reasoning to choose UNC LOL
-
cashew1130TremendousI really appreciate the variety of guests on this show. The insight and stories they provide are second to none.

GE1!1!Talent!Doug is a timeless talent! He has a special knack to bring out the best in his interviewees. Love him long time. OSU for life! Ryen
-
BlesseryGreat interviewerDoug provides brilliant perspective and in-depth interviews.
-
AreteKingDoug and KJ Are Top NotchInitially, it was Doug that brought me and really enjoyed his interview of Jon Sundvold as a Mizzou fan. However, KJ started bringing in these obscure guests that this casual basketball fan really enjoyed. Got to see the inside of the game and now see the game at a whole different level. Now I got a greater appreciation of the game. Great job!
-
CaveCityCardsRichard Pitino podThe interview was great with coach Pitino. Longtime Louisville fan and too be honest was never sure what I thought of him, but it was very interesting to get to peel back the person and coach he is. Just expected a duplicate of his dad, but was wildly mistaken. Love the questions no one ever asked about things such getting fired or how current jobs played out and coaching history. Would be nice to hear more from him.
-
Brian74okBest sports pod out thereI listen to this podcast on every road trip. Makes the miles fly by. Doug does tremendous long form interviews with amazing guests. My only complaint is the language is often not appropriate for my son to listen.
-
anthonymichael1Great PodcastThe best podcast out there if you are a true hoop-junkie. Doug’s love of the game, authentic basketball experience, journey, and real insight are evident. Starting the questions from the guests first true court and working each phase up to the current helps to truly understand the guests story. Anyone who has ever hooped is fascinated by the details of the courts, the player, the coaches, the set-backs, the triumphs, and what has been learned. Doug always shares his honest thoughts and never avoids the tough questions. Anyone who has spent their entire childhood and young adulthood playing this game 100% gets this podcast. Doug is as interesting as any of the elite hosts out there which means he is subject to criticism. Keep this going, I check my podcast deck each morning in hopes of the latest release!

Dudley 32Loved itAs a basketball junkie, I loved the show. I’m a fan of you Doug, you tell it as you see it and never sugar coats anything. I loved the Molly Miller episode, great interview and now a fan of hers and will follow GCU. All the interviews are great But loved the Stan Johnson interview. It was awesome and gave me a look into the life of an Assistant college basketball coach, very interesting. Well done!!! Stan seems like a great, down to earth guy and I’m definitely going to be watching and rooting for LMU as long as he’s there. One request, since I’m a diehard Michigan fan, please interview Juwon Howard 😁Keep up the great work and Go Blue 〽️
-
SeykustarTrashOnce again garbage host, his takes are utter nonsense.
-
FuManchuMattyBCould be betterThe mic quality of Doug is terrible. It’s like he is on a phone call. I like the topics for the most part but there are weird moments where commercials just interrupt the conversation. Feels weird. Room to improve and I hope it does or may not continue to listen.
-
Dwatts3Utah StateDoug I appreciate you showing love to Utah State players and the program!
-
Tyreese GAll ball reviewGreat podcast keep up the Good work
-
bighome7DougI enjoy his podcasts the stories, the knowledge, his common sense. I’m not related to him lol. I’m just a sports fan. I have options and this is one of them. Keep up the good work !!
-
mjball78Incredible stories!!!I absolutely love the stories that the coaches and players tell. 100% of people want to be rich and famous but only 0.0001% of those want to actually put the work in to do so. Listen and learn. Some of the salaries that coaches make when they’re first starting out in their mid to late 20s are truly noteworthy. Fantastic pod!!!!
-
SchlockendyGreat stories but Audio Quality??Mr. Gottlieb, please do something about the audio quality. During the Coach Sutton Pod, I could barely understand half of what you said.
-
Capt_JerkfaceBrother Bean episode was great!Well done

jbon srEnjoyedBogut #1, and will listen to #2. Wish he had stayed healthy with the Cavs.
-
William Agostini Jr.Great straight BALL talk!LOVE this podcast. If you love talking just straight up basketball all the time, this is your podcast! I like how he has all the Assistant and Head coaches come on and talk about their basketball journeys and getting their perspectives. My favorite podcast easily for sure.
-
shutterbugger1GreatBest Basketball Podcast out there hands down. Keep it up Doug! Go beavs!
-
cougclaytonGreat questionsDoug gets you behind the scenes with insightful questions in great interviews. I found this podcast to hear about the Zags and absolutely loved the interviews with Dan Dickau and Dan Monson.
-
kev.monaghanBest ball podcast out !I’ve listened from the start of this pod, and every 3rd podcast Doug tells his Russia in a cab story. Pretty funny. But anyways it’s the best basketball podcast in your App Store. If it ain’t in your feed your missing out... Thanks Kev
-
RyanReuterTrue hoop love!Doug loves hoops so much and it comes through in the types of questions he asks and the stories he shares. I love how deep dives into everyone’s answers after they answer, or when he gives an example of what kind of story he is looking for them to tell. As a basketball junkie, you can’t help but loves this pod!!!!
-
pcarver33Great Pod for Basketball junkiesGreat 1 on 1 conversations with people from different basketball backgrounds. Keep the pods coming!
-
Benjamin Allen PatrickAll Ball is GreatEasily Doug’s Best work is done on the All Ball Podcast Would Love Him to have Aaron Torres on to Talk CBB Preview Two best College Hoops Guys Fox has ever had.
-
Hayden B..Great PodIf you aren’t comfortable with an occasional swear word, listen to his weekday show. If you want to know his unfiltered takes and some really good interviews — this is for you.
-
Knick Cage TreasureLove DougLike Doug until he goes down weird rabbit holes
-
Philthy287In depth POD for hoopers!Big fan of the Pod. Doug is full of insight and knows the ins and outs of the game well. I enjoy hearing the stories he has from his dads coaching days and his youth growing up around the game. Always look forward to NCAA coaches when they’re on the POD as well . I listen to several different basketball pods daily and I feel like this one stands out due to Doug diving deeper than just talking about todays game and players. I have a young son heavily involved in basketball so hearing the stories of coming up the ranks from high school thru college and all the different avenues you can take intrigue me.
-
BWFreeseGottlieb’s habit of interrupting guestsGottlieb’s habit of interrupting guests very often leads to interesting tidbits. Glockner was having none of it...too bad. Drop the Fbombs and this is a 5.
-
Picc5CannonMediocre to Above AverageNot the worst. Not the best. Great when he has a good guest. Heard a lot of the same Dougie Doo Doo stories which aren’t bad, but also aren’t good enough to routinely cut a guest short to jump into your same old semi pro b-ball story or the same old sage advice from Daddy Doo Doo. Much better than Dakich or Dauster but not on par with Parrish/Norlander, Katz, Woj, or Mannix’s of the world.
-
jdkidd04More NCAA LESS NBAThank god for fast forward on podcast if I never hear labrum and Zion again it will be too soon.
-
JGaryAndersonSolid podDoug’s interviews are interesting. He does, however, need to stop cutting guests off. It's still a good pod and different than the thousand other hoops podcasts.
-
Sam Le SlamCard stolen?I really was enjoying this show so I went online to donate a few bucks like you do with npr right? After I donated using my credit card, I think somehow my number was stored because my credit card was charged with a purchase of a gold bracelet! I’m so mad, Gotlieb should have to transfer to a different network and then have this scandal be forgotten in a couple years.
-
20digitsSimply the best college basketball podcastInformed , experienced , smart host with great guests
-
aspeer42All ballReally enjoyed the Adam Morrison pod cast! You Rock dude! Good stuff
-
FloatsfacedownTroy Aikman owns youDoug is awful, downvote and move on. I would rather listen to Stephen A. Smith talk about the Knicks for 7 days and 7 nights than listen to Doug’s “hot mess takes”.
-
SMC02 2Doug Gotlieb is insufferableI don’t understand how anyone could willingly spend their free time listening to this man. If you were paying me to listen to this podcast I’d demand $20 an hour. That’s how bad it is. If you like indulging in self harm however this is a good way to do so without lasting physical damage, although your psyche may suffer.
-
zzzzxxxxccv cgggbmkAwfulNever heard someone who make less sense than Stephen A Smith
-
ABIGDukeGuyThe bestLove the long form interviews and insight
-
CoachHotRodGreat InterviewsI love Doug interviews with the coaches. Some of their journeys are crazy. A must have podcast.
-

-
Momma of eabAll Ball is ExcellentLive the long interview format!
-
LoneOsoCritical Thinking about BasketballIt's easy to simply spew facts, or repeat opinions, but Doug is more than that. This podcast is for those that love basketball, love talking about basketball, and understand that the game is more than a ball; a court; a star players. You may not alway agree with Doug, but you will be able to understand the issues that others glance over, or simply don't know are there. Great podcast,Doug. Fan from Fox Sports.
-
SlimPullenGreat podcastDoug is very insightful and I love the guests that he brings on the podcasts. As a high school coach I find this podcast extremely informative.
-
JneitlichTotally AddictedDoug’s been there at most every level so he has insight most people don’t have about the game. He’s incredibly prepared for every interview and draws out the best from those he interviews. I never listened to podcasts but now I can’t wait until Friday morning for the next episode. #Nice
-
REDROVER86Honest OpinionThis pod is 5 stars if you are a upper middle class, 40-65 year old white male. Otherwise, it is trash.
-
RipCityStrobesDoug is the man... the new ad structure is notI’d give this a solid 5 stars, Doug is my favorite basketball guy in the biz but you guys recently started doing ads in the middle of the pod, no notifications no heads up, just a random different sound and it makes me think I accidentally turned off the pod or it got hit on my phone. It’s a bad customer experience. Stop it!
-
Floringe d'orangeGreat depthDoug has an extensive college basketball history and knowledge. He’s well-connected and chronicles the life of career basketball professionals beautifully. I enjoy his takes and wish he would focus a little more on NBA as well, especially just before and during the playoffs.
