I’m on week 11 now, running 22 min without stopping. 11 weeks ago I had to really push myself to make it through all of the 30 second running intervals. I highly recommend joining the Facebook group for more support—it’s a very encouraging place. We celebrate each other’s wins and encourage each other during the harder weeks. It’s also really inspiring to see people who are a few weeks ahead of you, cheering you on. The podcast is great because it prompts you for the intervals without having to think too much about it. And I also like that I can download it to my Apple Watch and not have to take my phone with me on runs.

beancounterlmwThe Road to Running Success!I've run and off for many of my 60 years. Distance has always been a challenge. I did a Couch to 5K program a few years back, but found it difficult. Last year, I found None to Run. The program is so adaptable and easy to use. I loved the audio podcasts to keep me on track. I completed the program and was able to run for 30 minutes straight. Building on that success has allowed me to continue to increase my running time - gradually and without injury. This program will work for anyone if they follow the advice that comes with it. Also, the Facebook group is AWESOME!

Cave chicLike but needs musicSo far I’ve used the podcast twice as I’m just getting started. I absolutely love the prompts. However it could use some music. As far as I know I can’t run a podcast and music simultaneously on my phone, adding music would be helpful. My personal fav is Queen, but anything with a decent beat would be great.

Flappy jacksBack to runningIn my youth I was a regular runner, racking up to 30 miles a week. At 45 I tried to get back into the habit but kept injuring myself by trying to run 5 miles right out of the gate. None to Run is helping me build gradually and injury free!
