    Only 1/4 of episode worthwhile
If you are looking for a good place to get Disney travel tips, you will find it here…but most of the runtime is spent advertising their agency, complaining about other Disney podcasts/youtubers, political rants, bragging about how wealthy they are and the “famous” people they know, etc. If you can manage to endure all that you do get a few minutes worth of Disney news and travel tips each episode, but do not expect that to be the bulk of the content. I found this podcast when looking for advice on my upcoming trip and did get some cool ideas (most notably grabbing an outside table at Tony’s Town Square for the parade), but soon found there are much better ones out there for Disney tips with less obnoxious hosts. Rob- I’m glad you’re proud of your fancy cars and have high self-esteem, but you sound insufferable to actually spend time with and I would never use you to book a vacation. If you want to use this podcast to advertise your business, take a hard look at how arrogantly you carry yourself. It’s a major turn-off and you are probably costing yourself clients without even realizing it.

    Great podcast
Me and my kids listen to this podcast every week. Rob and Kerri are very knowledgeable in all Disney parks and they give us a little bit of Disney at home. The show is super cute!

    Informative Disney podcast
Rob & Kerri are travel agents who specialize in Disney vacations, whether it’s WDW in Florida, Disneyland in California, or Disney cruises or the Adventures by Disney. They choose a different topic every week & always give detailed & informative information. Rob & Kerri always explain everything thoroughly & clearly. I look forward to every Monday morning so I can listen to their podcast.

Not the Disney Podcast for Me
First off - there are so many other so better Disney podcasts out there. I tried to like this one, but finally dropped them. The hosts come off as entitled and preachy. It even starts with their intro that takes a dig into other podcasts. It sets the tone for all the episodes I’ve listened to so far. This latest episode rips into Uber/Lyft drivers about how they need to learn English and always open doors for their passengers. An earlier episode went into a mini-political rant. I’m looking for fun, light-hearted and down to Earth hosts who get me excited for my next WDW trip. This show doesn’t hit any of those notes at all. I actually just feel kind of gross after listening to their shows. I’m sure this show is great for others out there, but I have stopped following them and will continue to look for other podcasts that make me feel the type of excitement that comes with enjoying Disney vacations with friends and family. Not feel like I’m listening to a lecture from Disney elitists.

    Useful Topics
I like their topics! This is a very practical podcast, I was reading some of the other reviews, and sheesh it is not THAT bad. The hosts have nice flow with each other, and they just sound like nice conversationalists. Not mad at them for trying to make money from this podcast and pitching their services! Thanks for the thoughtful and helpful topics! Keep it up!

    OK info, but …
I don’t mean to be offensive at all, but maybe keep water near the mic while recording. I’ve noticed some dry/mouth sounds especially from Rob. Otherwise, good content. Edit and update: listened to the Juneteenth rant. I’m really disappointed in the ignorance. Just do some research. It’s really messed up and maybe you don’t care because you don’t think it concerns you, but it does. This has nothing to do with politics. Seriously, read a book. It’s not cool to disrespect people. Disney should be ashamed for being affiliated with you and your content when you speak like that.
  • BradH0661
    Ugh
Just a brutal listen. The first ten minutes of every show is exactly the same and the actual “Disney content” is like 7-10 minutes per episode. Listeners don’t care about where you live or where you went to dinner. There are much better Disney podcasts out there

    Nasty and Condescending
The way this guy condescends to his wife is uncomfortable to listen to. He’s downright rude and nasty to her. He needs to stop interrupting and talking over his cohost. Who happens to be his wife. I feel badly for her.
  • Amanda3511
    Politics with a little Disney
Ignorant rant over Juneteenth, constant political comments - make it hard to even find the Disney related content in this podcast. Not to mention a chauvinistic host who is extremely rude to his spouse. Unfollow! there are so many better informative options out there.

I what great hope that this podcast would cover all things Disney. Instead it’s just a MAGA rant. As a Black person the rant on Juneteenth and Tiana’s Bayou were really painful to listen then they have the nerve to ask me to book a Disney trip with them. No thanks! I unfollowed and suggest you do the same.

    A little out of touch
They are okay. A little out of touch for the average Disney trip goer.
  • Rmac757
After that latest episode I’m out.
Kind of a mid podcast to begin but after that last one…nope. The mini rant on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and subsequent rambling made me back away. Good luck going forward
  • Jules3811
    Get to the topic
The first ten minutes or more of every episode has nothing to do with the topic. It’s a commercial for their business or talking about things that have nothing to do with the topic that is posted. The info is good when you get to it.

    Favorite Disney Parks Podcast!
This is a great podcast with wonderful hosts who are well informed about all things Disney parks. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with their tips about how to make your experience in the parks fun. Rob and Kerri have a playful discussion between them and are entertaining to listen to. I have been listening to them since 2019 and have learned so many strategies from them that have made all of our Disney adventures so much better. They are well informed and stay current about all of the news and changes that are happening. I especially enjoy Rob’s jokes and how he feels free to speak his opinion. And Kerri is just such a professional and sweet person that has so many great tips to provide. They have given so much great advice over the years that I rate them as the best Disney travel podcast there is!

    Love your podcast !
Just have to say I love your podcast and don’t understand the bad reviews. Those people just need to listen to Flowers mom. If they had any Disney spirit at all. “If you can’t say anything nice you should say anything at all” Thank you for your amazing podcast. It’s my favorite part of my Monday mornings.
  • Mikietuba
    Unknown angst
I do not understand all the hostility to our hosts, especially Rob. Rob and Kerri are great people providing their expertise to help all of you plan your next magical adventures. Why do people want to belittle Rob instead of reaching out and having a conversation? It takes more work to complain on here than just changing the podcast or deleting it from your queue. Remember this is their expert opinion and they are leading a very high performing Disney Earmarked agency that is well respected by Disney executives. Have a conversation or stop listening. Don’t leave cowardly reviews.
  • xewayway
    Insufferable
Honestly, I’ve been suffering through this for this podcast for a few months because I love Disney and occasionally you can get an interesting tip or hear an interesting anecdote. I can even deal with the fact that the podcast is just a long form ad for their travel agency. But, I can’t take Rob anymore. In the last episode he consistently talked over Kerri, cut her off, was condescending to her, and made stupid jokes that didn’t land and no one needed to hear. He contributed nothing helpful to the podcast and continuously cut off Kerri, I’m assuming, just to hear himself talk. The poor woman just wants to make a magnet wall but he could not help but he a complete a total a-hole to her about it on the podcast. Some husband.

    Weird… Zero Stars
I just tuned into one episode and immediately went to the reviews because I was curious if others were hearing what I’m hearing. As a Disney travel agent, shouldn’t you know what the new Splash Mountain attraction will be called?! I could hear them rolling their eyes when they said “Tiana’s Bayou or whatever”… that’s so ridiculous. And it’s an on-going commercial for their travel agency… telling people to use their discounts from the new hotel promos to “level up” on their ticket package and hotel views. It just feels very disingenuous to me. There are tons of other podcasts out there that are way more honest and not so insulting.

    Misinformation episode
Usually I am a big fan of your episodes. For this episode, I am torn. I do not agree with not using Facebook and other social media platforms. Some of our best trips have been from ideas from Facebook and YouTube. I do agree there is a lot of misinformation on those platforms, but as a traveler, you must also research some of those things on your own. As the travel planner in our family, I love taking the time and research the places I want to visit. You need to venture off the Disney website to get some real family experiences. Like I said, I’m a big fan of the show. Looking forward to future episodes

    Great Disney podcast

    WHITE PRIVILEGE DISNEY
Listen to these two entitled clowns who visit Disney ALL THE TIME, but had to order some children on a possibly once in a lifetime trip, out of their way to view a parade they see all the time. What’s worse? Their obnoxious money chasing personalities? Or the ‘were rich, white and we deserve it’ entitlement? Zero stars.

    Are You Serious?
A couple of entitled, right wing, Boomers from Florida are not the kind of Disney fans I need to get my information from. Keri is very informative but I just can’t get past their politics. Unfollowed!

    This podcast is an ad
I couldn’t get through a single episode. Even after the overt sales pitch in the first 10-15 mins, they went on to talk bout restaurants that were very clearly sponsored. The entire podcast listens like a 30 minute long ad. No thanks.
  • Hvac/r
    I tried…and I just can’t do it
Like many others have said, the first 10 to 15 minutes is literally a sales pitch. When they finally do get into the topic of the podcast, it feels very scripted. And I can’t tell you the number of times they name drop people as if to show off they know high status people. Never mind the whole Juneteenth debacle they found themselves in, it’s really just not a good Disney podcast.
  • DaniM4330
    Fast Forward to :16
Quality Disney content if you can make it past the first 15 minutes of EVERY episode where they try to sell you on joining their business or traveling on an expensive getaway.
  • Dogtrainerjamie
    Not my cup of tea
I listened to one of their podcasts to expand my Disney podcast library. The first 15 mins (I’m a 30 min podcast) was basically a sales pitch for their company. A little annoying but okay. I keep listening and their style of podcasting seems scripted and unnatural. It’s like they’re reading off a piece of paper. Not for me.
  • kimmicupp
    Immediately unfollowed.
1 minute into an episode where Juneteenth is labeled a “crazy” “made up” holiday - I immediately unfollowed on all platforms 🥴
  • Melissa867
    Don’t hit play
Denies Juneteenth is a holiday and then says he “didn’t even want to take the time to look up” and “don’t reach out to me because I don’t care about new holidays.” So you have an opinion on something that you admittedly know nothing about and yet are so close minded that you don’t even want to hear about it? So many other great Disney podcasts out there that aren’t ignorant and racist.
  • ashort10
    Would not support their company
They are loudly anti-vaccine, anti-mask, and right-wing views. Weird to include on a Disney podcast.
  • Earlyriser2000
    Loosing The Magic
Has really become negative and snarky. Have not heard any other podcast become so defensive about their negative reviews. Plus, talking about the Dis Unplugged was just not needed. Hope you get the magic back.

    MAGA Mouse!
These guys are a hoot. Run of the mill Disney discussions, frequently interrupted by talk of their love for Ron DeSantis, distrust of vaccines, ways to get around mask policies, and disparaging of holidays that celebrate the end of slavery. To be clear, I totally think there’s a market for this kind of thing. Though the politics involving Disney make it tough, there are still a good amount of people with disposable income to toss at a travel agency that both love Disney and salute the “patriots” of January 6th! Stop the steal! If you’re going to own it though… own it. One moment the guy is rallying against cancel culture and people coming for his business. According to him, if he doesn’t like a restaurant he’ll quietly stop frequenting it, and not rally others to do the same. A quick search of his Old Twitter account though shows a hilarious barrage of him publicly trashing all sorts of companies on a near daily basis. Are you serious!? Disagreeing without being disagreeable is a great goal that he espoused in recent episode. What happened to respect after all?! A quick look at his Facebook page, however, includes doozies like “Democrats are the dumbest people on the planet”. Are you serious!!? Federalism is funky. I get the “folks outside of Florida should stop running their mouth about Florida” narrative, though I don’t necessarily agree with it. That worldview doesn’t mesh well, though, when you’ve got podcasts that repeatedly question and disparage COVID policy in California and even other countries. Are you serious!??? Anyway, know what you’re getting in to. If you’re one of the thousands of people who love the Mouse and MAGA this will be a good fit. If not, my advice is to look far, far, far elsewhere.

Very helpful to enjoying and planning a Disney trip!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for several years now. They were very helpful in enjoying our first family trip about 5 years ago. They were such a treat during the “closures” to keep the Disney magic fresh. Even when not planning a Disney trip we still listen for the joy of it. Plus, we’ll be better prepared and maybe even pick a more ideal time for the next trip. With tips like timing, strategizing, “how to’s” with the app, Genie, dining, etc., they save you money and reduce travel stress. Also, I really like that they are covering topics like Disneyland, Adventures by Disney, and Disney cruises. I never thought much about them before!
  • ko-bb
    Just weird..
Really judgy and obnoxiously political. No one cares if you don’t like masks and there’s no reason to flaunt that you don’t care about juneteenth other than to signal to other total wads that you totally aren’t “woke” because you don’t care about a holiday commemorating the end of slavery. gave them a chance despite the weird vibes and repeated harping about covid restrictions but that was just too much dogwhistle for me.
  • thissucks78
The injection of right wing politics is sad
Whether it’s excusing the cruelty of DeSantis and his hatred for women and LGBTQ to odd admiration of Elon Musk, this duo is taking a stand and it’s a scary one. I fail to see how it helps us plan a trip to WDW but for those of us who find Florida to be relatively frightening because of it’s intolerance, these podcasts just reinforce how Floridians ended up turning people off of the state.
  • 059620
    Unaware
The definition of racism is not being actively anti-racist; you both are not promoting the life and love of those who are black and brown, period. You are not willing to research the history of slavery?? How are you not racist if you are dismissive of a holiday that dismissed slavery? You say that a holiday that appreciates abolition is fake? Really? Bye.
  • KariKButNotKardashian
    This Podcast is Weird
So, the majority of the content of each episode doesn’t have anything to do with the supposed subject/title of the episode. That alone is odd. Then there was the episode where the poorly informed host made fun of Juneteenth and said it’s just a made up holiday that he doesn’t care to learn about. Um. We all say things out of turn, and wish we hadn’t. But we can’t erase what comes out of our mouths. Podcast hosts can, through the editing process. So, it’s an interesting choice to listen back to such an ignorant comment and CHOOSE TO LEAVE IT IN! And THEN, to double down on the rightness of the statement in a subsequent podcast. These people are insufferably awful. I won’t be listening anymore.
  • Barbcz2000
Not The People I Want to Listen Too
With the things they say here and there about what they believe in on a personal level it’s obvious they are not the ones I want to take advice from about Disney. I’m surprised that people who lean a certain political and do not respect others would like Disney at all. Shame and sad.
  • $billyall
    You know it’s bad when…
In you latest show “7 ways to save”.. basically a sales pitch of how to get our money. You went from telling us to sale things around our house, to saying “Disney is actually a good deal”. This episode has “we are struggling to get make money from this” written all over it. Pathetic sales pitch. This show tells me the struggle is real down there. Thankfully… THANKFULLY, I did not become an agent of yours. Now, where is that pesky unfollow button

    Insensitive comments - I’m done!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for several months. I was excited to listen to an episode that was released a few weeks ago. My family and I had this episode ready to listen during a road trip and I was astonished and extremely disappointed with Rob’s highly disprestful and insensitive comments about Juneteenth. I proceeded to unfollow and will no longer support this podcast.

    And I’m Out
I found this podcast more than a year ago and initially somewhat enjoyed listening though it always seemed to take forever to get through info about their company which I didn’t even know was theirs until many episodes in. Disclosure isn’t a strong suit. Throughout listening there were certainly moments where I picked up on weird comments and habits of the hosts (who shares a shrimp cocktail as dinner for two adults? The same people who comment on someone eating breakfast!) and some off-hand viewpoints. I truly thought I was just picking up on weird stuff but it comes up over and over again. And, as someone who openly supports differing views, I brushed this off and continued listening. Repeatedly though Rob’s choice to “not care” or “not want to know” keeps coming up and not just on political issues, though the Juneteenth one was the end. Mispronunciations galore of restaurants etc and literally not knowing what a new attraction is called or what a news announcement means they write the script and CHOOSE not to look it up and learn. Uninformed travel agents seems like a bad idea and a bad look for their Disney affiliation.
  • Trevor Stinson
    Nope
I queued up several episodes to get some Disney World advice, and the first thing in the first episode (Genie in Magic Kingdom) is about how they’re super excited that Adventures by Disney no longer requires proof of vaccination. I decided to be patient cause I have the impression they’re travel agents and maybe they just want to inform potential customers, but then they made sure to talk about how this requirement kept them away from Adventures by Disney. Yep, they’re anti vaxxers, and proud of it. I kept listening for a bit while I pulled up the iTunes reviews, and I see they apparently have a habit of bringing up topics like this. On top of this, they don’t start talking about Genie until 8 minutes into a 19 minute episode. The name pulled me in when I was searching for a Disney podcast, but I’m sure I can find a better one. Edit: I had to check out the opening of the Juneteenth episode after reading the other reviews. Holy moly. I have nothing in common with these people, so I doubt their advice and suggestions will be of much use to me.

    Long time listener
Long time listener who will no longer be following. The disrespect behind your ignorance to the Juneteenth Federal “holiday” was done is such a disrespectful way that I can’t stand behind this any longer
  • KK057
    Disappointed
I’m an avid Disney podcast listener and was excited to try this one but was really disappointed that the first 2 minutes I ever listened to included complaining that Juneteenth isn’t a holiday and they have no interest in learning about it. I have no problem at all listening to informed opinions that are different than mine, but the blatant disregard and disrespect rubbed me the wrong way, so I’ll be listening elsewhere.
  • ChrisH716

Done the minute you made your Juneteenth comments. Tell me you’re a racist without telling me you’re a racist.

    Not the right pick
Randomly picked this out of the million Disney podcasts only to be completely turned off within 5 minutes due to the guys arrogance, ignorance, and to be honest obvious racism to not even know what Juneteenth is. What a turn off.
