Steph is a sales expert and she gets down to brass tacks with practical actionable advice. No fluff or over-complication here. Just real world tips that actually work.

I discovered Steph’s podcast in November 2023 after seeing an ad for her Year on the Wall program (which is also worth checking out, btw). As a relatively new side hustler with big dreams, I’ve already benefitted from her counsel on business and sales, and her episodes on mindset shifts are invaluable. I keep a notebook to jot down “aha” moments & reference it regularly. Thank you for your commitment to sharing your wisdom, Steph. This solopreneur is deeply grateful.

I eagerly await each new episode of the Courage & Clarity podcast, and am always a little sad when it ends and I have to wait a whole week for the next one. Steph teaches sales and business stuff in such a relatable and digestible way, and I always feel inspired to keep at it with each episode. I share this podcast even with my non-entrepreneur friends, cuz it’s THAT good.

I wish I could appreciate this show more, but the past several episodes have been letdowns for me. The topics are great, and I get excited to listen to each one. But then when she describes it in more detail, it’s not really what I expected? Not to say it won’t be helpful to others, but the specifics on the topics are just….too specific. Like the latest, How to Handle a Bad Day and Get Unstuck. Her perspective on it is that you overthink and overwork, and the solution is to stop working and take a break. But, I’m feeling stuck in the opposite way, especially during quarantine - I can’t get STARTED working and I feel stuck and continually have these unproductive bad days. I literally do nothing but sit and stare at the wall. So how does taking a break really help me? There have been many episodes that end up like this for me. I wish the advice was a little broader to apply to many situations, then go into some possible perspectives to help more specifically.

I recently started listening to the Courage and Clarity podcast and I'm obsessed! It's so entertaining while being so insightful. I love listening to Steph and hearing her advice. Highly recommend!

So much to love! Through her unique format of first discussing the journey (often of her interviewee) which is motivating and encouraging (because everyone successful has needed lots of courage) and then practical steps and business wisdom (oh, Bizdom - a great series in this podcast!) to move forward.

My entire adult life people have been telling me I talk a lot and I talk really fast. It always made me a little self-conscious. Stephanie Crowder talks fast and she talks a lot, and I love Step! This podcast is addictive and it’s given me the permission to love myself exactly as I am. Plus, each episode is so juicy — filled with meaty content. 👍🏻👍🏻

I am so happy to hear the stories, struggles, and successes of women entrepreneurs! I have been amazed by how honest and vulnerable the conversations have been. These are conversations I think women need to have and hear, so thank you!

I am a member of Fizzle and a big fan of Steph's because she is a powerhouse of energy and enthusiasm and is razor smart. I find that a lot of business advice is geared to men. This show, however, asks the questions that most women are afraid to ask-- how do I do it step by step? Steph asks the questions that I need to know, asking about internal shifts and decisions, and summarizing key points at the end. Listening to this show makes me feel that succeeding as a female entrepreneur really is possible and that courage and clarity are not traits you're born with, but rather traits that you develop as you forge ahead toward your dreams.

I always look forward to Monday because of the C&C Show. Steph is real and inspirational. I resonate with the stories of many of her guests and I’ve put their wisdom into practice in my own life and business.

Courage + Clarity isn't just another inspirational/foo foo/entrepreneurship podcast. Steph interviews super rad ladies who have really gone for it and learned the tough and actionable lessons. I love listening to these interviews because I feel like I can actually relate to the struggles and triumphs they discuss! Being a professional designer for 20 years and starting my own business, I'm finding Steph's (and the Fizzle crew at large) interviews and observations both motivating AND practical. Not an easy balance to strike. Refreshingly candid and vulnerable as well. Go get 'em Steph. ÷ ]

Steph Crowder, (in case you missed this being mentioned by all the other reviewers) is one leg of the tripod of awesomeness that is Fizzle (and the Fizzle Show, which also rocks, b/t/w); but on C&C, she comes into her own. Not only does Steph line up great guests and get them to open up to a degree that makes you feel like you're sitting on the porch together with a tall glass of sweet tea (can you tell I've become a Southerner??); she also mines tons of actionable tips and usable gems from her talented guests - all for the good of her listeners. If you're a solopreneur/entrepreneur/woman/human/anyone with ears - you should be listening to Courage and Clarity. It's a gem.

I love the practical advice and the vulnerability factor. I have so many moments of breathing a sigh of relief that I'm not alone.

I first heard about Steph's podcast on the Fizzle Show during the episode where they talk about how to host a great podcast interview, and in a rather self-aggrandizing way, they seemed to hold Courage & Clarity up as the gold standard of great interviewing. However, after listening to a couple episodes, I found Steph's conversations to be rather superficial, lacking the depth I get on other podcasts. Also, I agree with the other interviewer about the vocal tics of saying "right" all the time.

I LOVE the format, I love that Steph is so intentional about recapping key takeaways. Her voice is seriously the female version of Ryan Seacrest ❤️. I love that she leaves the space for guests to tell their story in the courage episodes. Hearing the nitty gritty about motivation.. these are the stories I need to hear! These stories are so powerful! So when I hear how other women owned businesses were born out of heartache, determination, passion, it's easier to envision what is possible for me, and no matter where I am on this journey, I am living into my full potential the second I start consistently taking brave and instinctual action. Thank you for making this Steph Crowder!!

Discovered this through the Fizzle Show, and wow! Steph needed that extra space! I love the inspiration/instruction combo, the casual but getting to the core style, without too much chit chat. The recaps at the end are crafted beautifully and a liner’s heaven, especially when on the run! The content is inspirational, helpful and relatable and I get TONS of value from every single episode.
