As a person who’s not in the creative industry, I take comfort in this podcast. It features many knowledgeable industry professionals that can easily relate to people working in different fields. Justin is an incredibly engaging host who draws folks in right away. Excited to finish season 3!

I’ve been a fan of host Justin Gignac since he was putting garbage in plastic cubes and calling it art. His curiosity and positive attitude really comes through here as he talks with artists about how to make art but also about how to live life.

Even when creatives / people we look up to talk about this stuff, it's often glossed over or sugar coated. Justin does a great job of pulling out the truth and teaching us all to overcome hurdles.

Working Not Working’s “Overshare” is my favorite podcast. Justin, the host, goes beyond design trends and self serious conversation to get very personal with his guests (who happen to be some of the most relevant working designers in the game.) They share sagely advice for both entry level and seasoned designers. They discuss striving for personal life happiness, navigating career challenges, and their favorite swear words.

Truly a great podcast. Justin has an unparrallelled ability to bring out the best creative insights from guests that apply to any type of creative. Every episode is better and better and feels so unsensored and honest. The live recordings are also a treat.

Alas! A podcast that provides an in-depth look at the realities of being a working creative — in all of its shapes, colors, and forms. Nothing is off topic, contrived, or banal. Overshare and its host, Justin Gignac, get right to the good stuff we're all thinking but don't discuss openly enough. Never missed an episode.

I've been fortunate enough to attend a couple of the recordings. The one with David Droga in particular was incredibly insightful. It helped my business partner and I decide to pivot our careers. You don't need to learn everything on your own when there are others that have helped pave the path forward.

Overshare is perfectly represented by its name as the conversations get SO real, and often you learn a lot more about the people getting interviewed than you expected. The conversations get deeper than any motivational or informational podcast. You feel like you're really there listening in on the conversation! And not to mention, it's just funny. Perfect commute podcast.

I LOVE THIS PODCAST. I've loved the WNW brand for a while and I'm so excited to finally get to listen to a creation from them. It is SO refreshing to hear creatives talking about real stuff and not just answering the same old questions over and over. A+

Thoughtful and real interviewing with different levels of creatives! Not to knock other design podcasts, but they tend to be a bit dry and serious. Nice to get some relaxed insights on how celebrity creatives view their work and life. Party on 🎨🍺🦄
