kjcannonEnjoyable, informative, and just good stuff for academics!A colleague turned me on to Katie Linder's work, and I'm forever grateful. I truly enjoy Katie's style and information - I feel as if I'm getting updates from a friend and colleauge I know well, who is honest with me and herself about struggles, and who tackles questions that matter working in higher ed. Surprisingly to me, I also enjoy that Katie keeps her podcasts on the shorter side; I usually prefer podcasts between 30 and 60 minutes long. But the great thing about the shorter episodes is I can "stack" them if I've got a long way to drive, or fit in one or two as I'm running around town doing errands in shorter spurts. Haven't tried listening at the office yet, though I am planning to try listening as quick mental breaks in the afternoons when I seem to lag in productivity. I particularly enjoy Katie's discussion of writing as part of the role of an academic and as an interest/passion of hers. Katie, I feel like you are right in my head with the content you cover and struggles you have! Keep up the great work - I really appreciate what you do!
