When was the last time these guys even played a game together?

I don’t normally write reviews but these boys deserve to have all the 5 stars I have listened to all of their episodes and then started over at the beginning to listen to them again because they are that funny it’s the only thing that gets me through work my coworkers think I’m a bit nutty when I just randomly start laughing out loud

These guys are serious video gamers…except not really and that makes it even better.

Wow, how refreshing to listen to a gaming podcast with hosts who actually enjoy video games. Very funny, very cool. 5 stars.

The three hosts are all super funny and you can tell they’re legitimately good friends and this podcast is a labor of love. Between this podcast and their YouTube channel, I’m shocked they haven’t exploded in popularity because they’re putting out tons of great content every week.

I’ll admit I didn’t love the show after a few episodes but now it’s my go to video game show. The hosts are extremely witty and don’t pull punches on reviews. Give this funny show a fair shot.

The chemistry and friendship between these three will always keep me on board. If you like this podcast I would highly recommend their other podcasting ventures as they are all great. If you guys do read this, I would really appreciate a reflection podcast on your top 10 Switch games. I have listened to every episode and the main through line of this podcast has been the Switch. The show began with NX talk and I would love it if you guys reflected on your favorite games in the last 5 years. Thank you guys for all the work to make this show happen, I think your fan base would again in me saying we truly appreciate it.

I love this pod for learning how each week on of the hosts has just “moved house” and then get completely lost to what games they are discussing for the 20 minutes of video game talk they actually do. One of the best podcasts

I enjoy this show. They are good and funny. I enjoy listening to them talk about games I'll never play. I enjoy listening to them talk about movies that are games-adjacent. I enjoy them here or there. I enjoy them with no hair. I enjoy the Filthy Casuals with Tommy Dassalo, Ben Vernel and Adam Knox podcast. 5/5 - even though the lack of Oxford Comma in the name is irking me at the moment.

Video game podcasts where the hosts don't sound like sweaty pedantic neckbeards are few are far between - and these boys are no exception. Just kidding, love these guys for both their reviews and the tangents they get on. The reviewer complaining about explicit language is a big softie

Discovered Ben and Adam thru their Got podcast, and was really happy to find that they had video game podcast. Been trying to find a video game podcast that wasn’t a bunch of vapid twitch streamers. These guys are really funny - loving the heavy rain playthoughs, too. They are keeping me sane during the lockdown 🙂

Excited for another gaming podcast. saw that there was no Explicit language warning so I was excited. Within seconds of the episode several f bombs. Instantly disgusted and disappointed the lack of intelligence required to using such garbage language as filler. Gross. Big pass. If I can't listen with daughter in the room, no thanks. Again, severally unintelligent drivel. Put up E for explicit on your episodes!

This is one of my all time favorite podcasts. Each of these kind and knowledgeable boys has a fun perspective to bring to the table. Ben, the guy who loves all the bad games. Adam, the guy that doesn’t really like anything. And Tommy, the guy suffering from a severe case of Nintendo Stockholm syndrome. If that doesn’t get you hooked I don’t know what will. I would listen to these guys talk about absolutely anything, it’s just lucky that they happened to choose one of my favorite pastimes to talk about. They are an absolute must add to you podcast list if you enjoy having some genuine laughs.

I have been listening for a very long time sense the weekly planet sent me here years ago and while I like most episodes I usually opt out some way through. When Adam Nox gives his opinion is always negative. And even when it’s positive it’s negative by the end of the episode. He reminds me of the toxic gamers by the way his opinion overwhelms Ben and Tommy’s. And by that point I just listen to something else. Still reviews are only 5 or 1. Anything in between why even bother.

These guys are f***** hilarious. I found them a few weeks ago and have been catching up on old episodes. Informative, funny.. literally the best mix you can get. I joined their patron and got a bonus podcast through iTunes as well as extra content and shows. The episodes where they go through the decades is awesome. I even listen to episodes where I don’t particularly are a fan of the game to hear them BS and talk about the game. Give them a listen for sure. I’m simpin for the filthy casuals and apart of the filth

These three funny dudes are the best around. They come to the concept of a video game podcast by wanting it to be light and funny (shocking concept right?!) laughed harder at this than almost anything. Highly recommend

Had to use my wife’s account to write this review so you know it’s real. This is one of my favorite podcast and I look forward to anything Tommy, Ben and Adam do. Even if I don’t fully agree with some of their opinions sometimes I still enjoy hearing their take on any topic.

Even when I go through a phase where I'm not interested playing video games I'll still listen to this podcast to stay in the loop and because these guys are just entertaining to listen to. These 3 could make a podcast about anything and it'd still be good. I also appreciate that they always give their honest opinions about a game. There is a very vocal crowd within the gaming community that get's triggered at anything that they perceive as "woke". Women actually wearing clothes in a video game is perceived as left wing sjw propaganda. A lead character being a lesbian is seen as virtue signaling and trying to earn social brownie points. The ironic thing is that within the gaming community it actually earns you more social brownie points by being anti-sjw. Getting triggeed over diversity is actually seen as a great virtue. So if the boys wanted to have an easier time and face less criticism they'd side with all the d-bags in the gamer community that get trigged more by inclusivity than sexism.

There’s great chemistry between the guys and it’s good to have a video game podcast that doesn’t take itself too seriously like some others.

I can’t believe they actually like the last of us part 2. Five stars.

Never thought going prone would be so controversial but I guess here we are. Assuming whoever reading this has no idea what I’m talking about this is a great show and arguably the best show about video games on the internet. But to be fair this is the only show about video games I listen to, so what do I know

Been listening to these very kind and extremely knowledgeable boys for over 4 years now and it continues to be ONE of my favorite podcasts. Now maybe if Tommy would finish more games...

The only good video game podcast

Geeks talking about a geeky topic and yet, not geeky at all. A great mix of comedy and video games. Fantastic mix of intelligent, clever jokes and crude, cheap gags. I love it.

This podcast was the second I ever subscribed to roughly three and a half years ago, and since subscribing I've listened to every epidsode typically the day it releases, of the now twenty one podcasts I routinely listen to this one is by far, bar none, my favorite every week. I'd consider myself an avid gamer, I like to be mostly informed about the current trends in games, and have one or two specific franchises I am completely obsessed with. If you're looking for fiercly boring, sparkly clean, gaming news the moment it breaks, and overly in depth wordy reviews of every game on the market, I'm sorry this is not the show for you. This podcast is for people who want a general understanding of what's happening these days in games and want to have a fantastically great time doing it. As listed in the title this podcast is for the casual gamer, and yes at times gets a bit filthy. These three host have absolutely wonderful chemistry and bring in views and opinions from some quite different points of view, I find myself massively agreeing with some, and disagreeing with others, but I ALWAYS enjoy it, if you only listen to poeple you agree with I think you land in a pretty poor place. Listening to this podcast entertains for hours on end, and while doing so also has broken me out of using my console as a Halo and Assassin's Creed machine by turning me on to some of the greatest games I never knew I'd love (Thanks Adam for The Witness). Filthy Casuals is the funniest podcast I get to listen to and I'm proud to support it and I think you should too. Good stuff boys, thanks for all the laughs, and as I say at the end of every review, Rip Torn Alive. -Tom B
