They plead for word of mouth advertisement for the podcast then proceed to discuss a baseball game they’re watching live that by the time you’re listening it’s well over. A lot of White Sox homerism aswell. You’re better served by one of the other thousand baseball podcasts

I love this podcast because you can totally relate to the hosts. They are fans, not stuffy journalists who are taught to have no rooting interests. Strongly recommend!

Greg and Wayland are great hosts and could likely make a podcast on any topic entertaining and thoughtful. With keen observations, great guests and fantastic hosts, this podcast is for avid fans of baseball as well as the layperson just looking for a fun accessible smart podcast. It's a home run!

Very enjoyable funny and they know there stuff.

I really like these guys and never miss an episode. It's like listening to my sons talk baseball, lots of eye rolling as they excuse PED use, butcher baseball history and go off on comedic tangents loosely related to baseball. Guest fans add variety and some of the characters are great, especially the Ricky Henderson bit. Wayland, Greg and Joe seem like smart guys but they can be knuckleheads. Don't fact check them, just assume they're young & wrong and roll with it. They clearly love the baseball and comedy. Ducksnort is a solid concept and the kids are giving it a good shot. Bless their little hearts for trying. Hopefully this will work out for them so they can quit their day jobs.

The interviews are always really funny and I love the character bits. Would definitely recommend to baseball fans and non baseball fans alike!

Full disclosure: I'm completely ignorant about what's been happening in baseball since Jerry Maguire hit a million homeruns and said "Show me the money!" in the post-game press conference (that happened, right?). With that said, I thoroughly enjoy listening to these guys nerd out on baseball for the first half of each show before launching into excellent improv.

This is a great listen every week. I get my baseball updates as well as stories and insight from great guests. Reminds me why everyone loves at least something about baseball.

I find myself picking Ducksnort first out of my podcast queue whenever there's a new episode. The guys make me laugh while sharing what they know about a topic they clearly love. As the other reviews mentioned, you really don't need to know about baseball to enjoy it (I don't). But their enthusiasm is infectious and I'm finding it's a fun way to kick off the summer!

I don't know every player in the majors. I don't have an encyclopedia brain of baseball history. Nor do I have an opinion about the DH in the AL. But Greg and Wayland do and they are excellent at not making the listener feel foolish or incompetent for not having the wealth of knowledge they do. Their passion for the game and MLB season with a high knack for hysterical comedy make this show a regular listen on my commute. Think: Mike & The Mad Dog, Sports Radio 660 WFAN ... but really funny.

Great podcast! I am not a baseball superfan and I didn't feel like I was totally left in the dust. Hosts are funny, smart, and interesting and you feel like you're getting to join them for their funny, smart, interesting conversations about baseball. Super enjoyable and informative!

It's hard to find people talking about sports in both a funny and thoughtful way, but Ducksnort is spot on. I honestly think anyone would enjoy it whether they love baseball or don't know much about it. DEFINITELY give it a listen!
