    5 gold stars
I came across this podcast while I was at work and started listening to them then I found out they had a podcast so when I had the money I made a pledge on patreon but wasn’t able to hold on to it but I absolutely love these stories and maybe one day or maybe not I’ll run into that 9 story building and meet Victoria

    WOW
I’m not going to lie, I only listen to ONE podcast & when David Cummings from The NoSleep Podcast mentioned you, I was intrigued. I started listening & I can’t stop! Yes, I binge listened but anyone who has been fortunate to find you, completely understands why. I love how it’s the same storyline but different writers take on Victoria’s Lift, plus they narrate them. WOW! Shout to Amber Collins for her extraordinary performance, so addictive. We all secretly wish Victoria would find us. HUGE kudos to Daniel Foytik for creating my newest addition!!!! I look forward to each new chapter.

    Started Listening
Hello, I just started listening to your podcasts. Heard from another podcaster to give you a try. They said we would not regret it, so far they are right. I’m almost done with Season 1. I really do enjoyed the storyline. Each episode has their own unique storyline that can potentially put yourself in the the story. I like that!

    Please Return
Victoria and her lift became my comfort podcast, especially when I was having an anxiety day. Please return with more stories!

    Wow
Ok so I’m only on season two but I absolutely love this podcast. Same theme, different cases and scenarios. I found this podcast through wicked library so glad I listened. I’ve been hooked helps my day at work go so much faster. Thank you! P.s. narrators voice is perfect for both wicked library and Victorias lift.

Great show for twilight zone or the truth fans
I love this show… found it after listening to all of the truth podcasts. You’ll love it!

    Love Victoria
This has become my favorite podcast. I love the connection to the wicked Library. I also love how The left is written by different authors which makes it new every time. You all do a great job and I thank you for it.

    A most enjoyable visit
First discovered the lift through The Grey Rooms, and I was presented with a choice. Well not so much a choice as there was no question on what to do: smash that subscribe button! Victoria is a charming and delightful host of these stories, helping those who need a guide and bringing justice against those who did unspeakable things. She deserves all the stars and I shall give as many as I can.

Love love love this show. It takes me on a ride. All through my work day.

    Top Quality Protection and Writing
Got suggested the lift in the summer of 2015 and have been a fan ever since. It blows my mind that the YouTube channel only has 20 subscribers. It’s the most well produced, written, and acted series I’ve ever listened to. God bless the people who keep this show rolling. I’ll forever be a fan. If you’re looking at reviews to see if it’s worth a listen I couldn’t urge you more to listen to em. A good top tier episode is season 4 episode 3 if you’re looking to dip your toes in and get an idea of what the show is. I’m sure I’ve written a review before but I had to do another one. This is just one of the most high quality series out there.

I want to go for a ride
Excellent! I listen to several horror podcasts and this is my favorite- not because it’s the best done, or has the best stories, or what not but because it inspires me to be a better person. Most horror is entertainment or a way to escape the real horrors of our lives. This takes that to an entire new level. There are several episodes I have listened to many times as a reminder to myself of things I need to think about. And if is incredibly entertaining. Amber is simply magnificent as Victoria. You must listen. Stop whatever you are doing and subscribe now.

    Amazing
I love this podcast, it gives me my daily need for a horror story. Great detail and even gives me a chill down my spine.
  • Andrewthb
To infrequent episode release to stayed geeked up.
This is one the better podcasts out there. I truly enjoy listening to it, but there is just to much time between episode releases. I know there was Covid and personal matters, but even before that it was on a every other month schedule. I can’t wait years for Victoria’s resolution. Update: Still so long between episodes. Season 4 ended on 1/31/21. Have you abandoned this podcast for The Wicked Library? I hope not.

    Love this show!!
I look forward to the next episodes. This and The Wicked Library. Good job folks!

    Amazing!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I was looking for another horror podcast to listen to and stumbled upon this one while listening to The Grey Rooms. The voice acting is perfect, the story line is intriguing, the stories are creepy…. It’s everything I was looking for and a little bit of what I didn’t realize I was looking for. Keep up the great work! You’ve got a life long fan right here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fav episode: Why I take the lift
Well written horror show, with great voice acting. Got more excited about the show after Episode 9 Season 1!
  • Sidesplitting Hatchet Thrower
    Creepy in the best way
This podcast is sooooo good. The different authors lend variation to the episodes, the music and production is top notch. It is not super scary but has just enough to be creeped out and excited at the same time.
  • Captain Obligvious
    Creepy with a heart.
Love the horror story and disturbing ambience. A true short form gem.
  • RandoE89
Solid 5 star podcast, but then politics
Love this podcast, was going to give it 5 stars till they brought up politics. I used this as a way to ignore the world for bits at a time. I get it, you want everyone to be kind and all that. Kind of hypocritical to then use your platform to say someone else isn’t kind and they deserve to be in the basement.
  • Allie.C512
    absolutely wonderful
This show is a hidden gem. I love the individual stories and the production of each episode is very well done. Victoria’s voice is so unique and comforting to listen to. Excellent show.
  • Viewer C
    Love it!
I really enjoy these stories. The voice acting is great, and the spooky tales draw you in!

    Amazing Show
This podcast has become one of my absolute favorites. I can’t stop listening to it and I know I’ll be sad when I finish all the episodes. Luckily, I can already tell that these stories have tremendous replay value. Keep these incredible shows coming. I’m signing up on the Patreon today. You deserve to get paid for content this good.
  • whichnicknameisnttakenthen
    Not my cup of tea
I like a good story and this isn’t it, for me at least. As a listener, I felt I wasn’t given enough insight into who Victoria is to care about what she says or does and am expected to step over that to also care about a nonexistent building where weird, out of context things arbitrarily happen.

    Great Storytelling w/ a Twist
Stumbled onto this podcast a few months ago, while trying to keep myself from going insane during quarantine. I love it! I love Victoria and wish I could give her a big hug. (I realize saying that is evidence that I haven’t successfully prevented myself from going just a bit mad in isolation) Great storytelling that always has me guessing what the plot twist will be. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put in to make each episode!

    Must listen
Started listening to this after finding The Wicked Library. Let’s just say, I’m obsessed. Fantastic narration and wonderfully strange stories from our favorite creepy little girl.
  • Wootsy1
    Stay in your lane
Very entertaining skits, some of which are thought provoking but the political one comes off as trite and desperate....and I am NO Trump supporter. This president does a fantastic job all by himself displaying all his flaws and short comings. This story feels forced, contrived and falls short of its intended goal. It would be better to stick with the imaginative storylines that makes this podcast enjoyable.
  • MiKrumm
    Really enjoying this dark story.
Up until a few weeks ago every single podcast I have ever listened to has been more academic based. Mostly botany, conservation, evolutionary biology and theology. I have yet to ever even listen to a audiobook or read a digital one. Always been into paper books. Probably just because it’s what I grew up on. But I started listening to two other horror story podcasts and just absolutely enjoyed it. This one was mentioned on one and I liked the crossover episode with the librarian and so I started listening to this one. I’m only on season one episode 18 at the moment and so I’m way behind but I’m glad because I really enjoy this one as well. I’m going to limit it to just 2-4 episodes a day though to make it last through October. Sorry this is so long. It kind of reminds me of hell girl.

Love The Lift ❤️😍❤️ Victoria Rocks
And the elevator works ! Fantastic Amber and music!! You are exceptional! You are not alone ❤️😍❤️
  • KateCrest
    Keeps improving!
What a fun set of stories, and what a delightful frame. It’s a little cheesy and a creepy and not afraid to lean into either. The sound design is quite good and continues to improve. This show has been running a long time, and the improvement to the sound design and production in that time has been stellar. The acting is good with a few brief wobbly moments here and there. The meshing of short story narration and voice acting sometimes works extremely well and sometimes feels just a bit off. Still, it’s a delightful Tales From The Crypt style tale with more heart and sweetness, a slightly smaller number of dead bodies, and just as many monsters. I would normally have given this a solid, impressive four stars. Oddly though, a small number of reviewers seem to have given this podcast one star as a kind of childish vengeance because apparently there’s one episode that disagrees with their politics? This seems amazingly unfair to the production team, actors & writers, especially since most of these reviewers claim to have enjoyed the show right up until that episode. I think this show had close to a five star rating before that. Hence, I’m giving an extra star for the show runners’ courage, anti-racist stance, and patience with their fans. Should you give podcast to ma chance? Yes. Absolutely. Do it now. Take a ride in the Lift.

Just keeps getting better! I love how people’s choices are the evil rather than just it being entirely external. So interesting
  • Vreddrage
    Politics and the clueless children
Some you who are complaining need to just set down the electronics and join us out here in real world. If you are getting butt hurt over the political elements you must be new to the interweb and to young to understand the point that was those episodes. Before someone does that stupid “boomer” comment, i’m no where near that old. So just light your hookah or maybe take a break from it. Sit back and just enjoy it.
  • grneies
What a shame I read reviews
I was all for Victoria until I reAd the political take down on our president. You got it wrong girl, your age is showing. With the way the world is now virus taking down millions, none stop attacks on the president.and now you do it to. Shame on you. Still Remarkable stories. But to the corner with you Victoria, you got it wrong. You are young. You will see what a great president he really is, even if he acts like unpresidential at times, Trump really does want Us, the USA, to be The greatest free country in the world. Again.
  • xDaisyMaex
    My favorite podcast!
Victoria is everyone’s hero and nightmare at the same time. I like that she’s not the evil one; but gives you the option to be evil through your own choices. I hear you, Victoria- I can’t get enough of you, Victoria- but I never want to see you, Victoria. I wish I could give Victoria a music box full of stars.
  • Folk624
    🙄
If you want to be political, that’s fine, but don’t try to congratulate yourself on your bravery. You aren’t shining a light into the dark and making anyone reflect on anything. The Trump episode was the exact same as every other anti trump screed. There was exactly zero greater truth revealed in that episode. Otherwise it’s a pretty good show and I enjoy it. Looking forward to the episode that takes on the blatant fascist tactics of Antifa!
  • ChristianGutt
    Sadly Political
Why must every good thing be ruined by politics. Major fan until your last episode. It was nice knowing you Victoria.
  • Uppy123
What the f??? Episode Buying America
I listen to this podcast to get away from politics. Don’t appreciate the reference to the president. BTW I’m not a Trump supporter.
  • Gelu Unus
    Addicting!!!!
Been a fan of this great fictional escape for two years.... then they went and got political. So disappointed
  • Stoferin
Used to be creative, but tried to get political.
The podcast is showing serious symptoms of “Cracked“ syndrome. The show used to be lighthearted and spooky. But the most recent trump episode is patronizing and shallow. Makes me sad, honestly.
  • Albinoburrito
    Love the Variety
I love that each episode is different, yet this universe is being knitted together as I go through the series. Excited to get to know Victoria as bits and pieces fall into place.
  • NikkiKait
    Incredible Writing!
I am new to The Lift but I am totally hooked! I love Victoria and how each story is it’s own! Incredible writing and voice acting! One of my new favorite podcasts! Can’t wait to hear the rest!

    Addicting!!
I’ve been a huge fan of The Wicked Library and kept hearing of The Lift. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be for me but finally decided to give it a go and boy am I glad I did!!! I am obsessed and will never doubt a recommendation from my fav podcasts (duh right?). Big thanks to Victoria for brightening my work day with her darkness!

    Irritating Narrator
Really wanted to like this because it’s unique but the narrators voice ruins it.
